I don’t want this to put people off, but I have experienced hardware issues
I don’t want this to put people off but..
The concept is awesome, and when it works it is really great, however from my experience there is fundamental issue with the first product in terms of its battery, I have had two of the sleeves now and in both cases, the battery life over a a few weeks fail, so you have to essentially keep it on charge and then use it.
The Guys at Seaver have been trying to rectify this, and the most recent update is there is a new version, they are going to swap it with in June.
The actual product is great, I am not an advanced rider but I find the feedback from the app awesome. It would be great however if they linked this to the I watch so that you can see if you as the rider are over riding vs your horse.
This in my mind is the future, and Seaver are clearly leading the charge and with their partnership with Voltaire it will only get better and it will help you improve, they just need to invest a bit in the underlying hardware....

I love the products
I love the products, the anatomical girth and the girth sleeve work excellent! They helped me prove that my mare was hurting when nobody trusted me. Her heart rate was extremely high and people told me that the product didn’t work, but when I gave her something for the pain, the heart rate was again normal. That’s when the doctor said that we had to look for the problem, we found it and solved it so now my mare is doing great again. I have the girth sleeve and the anatomical girth but my goal is to buy the Voltaire Saddle Blue Infinite...

AWFUL Battery Life!
The app is great if the battery lasts to save your data. The battery life is extremely poor, I have charged it to 100%, (yes I have watched and read all instructions and confirmed it charged to 100%) driven 4 hours to a cross country course and the battery died while connected to my first ride of the day, losing all data. While training at home the most I've been able to record is two rides before the battery dies again.

I love using the girth sleeve
I love using the girth sleeve. I have a horse rehabilitating from stifle surgery. This has helped me monitor her workouts as she’s getting stronger and ensure I can pick up any minor gait abnormalities quickly. I’ve received great customer service as well.

I reached out to you and your US representative asking for something as simple as a font change that could be visible when in use. The font currently in use is so small that it is impossible to see when you are using the system -- more in tune to someone sitting in an armchair with reading glasses -- not good. The reason for the 1 star is because I received NOTHING back from anyone. Not good business.
