Saxo is exiting its business in NZ and…
Saxo is exiting its business in NZ and we are faced with the unenviable task of finding a new broker and transferring everything out. The transfer process is very confusing. We have used the online chat multiple times and going in circle. Fortunately, we called and spoken to Vivek the customer service person. He is very knowledgeable and patient in walking us through the transfer process. We completed the transfer process at the end with help from Vivek which is a good outcome.

Great explanation with lots of patience
Pradul answered all of my questions and explained in detail all of the nitty gritty questions that I had on my CFX and roll over fee. He also used easy to understand examples for me to fully understand. He was very helpful in also guiding me to the specific reports that I can look into as well as some specific articles on the help.saxo which may help me in the future to better understand some details of certain investment types.

Pradul in the call was great with me, guiding me with partience through the process which i have never done before and providing with additional explaination and information where required.
The majority of securities was dealt with and there was a rest of two. I trust in him that he will do his best to find a solution for them - I want to keep those two securities.

How did Ashvin Vijay do ?
The question was. How did Ashvin Vijay do ? He was excellent. Very helpful, polite, quick. The problem is that I needed his help in the first place. Saxo is forcing me to close my account as I live in Indonesia. I could transfer 6 stocks to another broker. After that it became impossible, every attempt to transfer "Failed". On a scale of 1 to 5 for the Saxo stock transfer system. 1.
