ChaCha Developer - Fortune Clover-Slot Game - SCAM

This company has an app under ChaCha Developer based out of Pakistan. The app is called Fortune Clover-Slot Game. The developer promises to pay the player via PayPal,etc once they reach $500.00. I decided to test this. After 3hrs 6min of "play" (I'm guessing about 2+ hrs was spent watching ads to get my to the goal), I finally made it to $500. I did not make any in-app purchases. I completed the request for payout and was immediately halted because I had to complete a couple more "tasks" to qualify. One was to spin 50 more times. I spun 77. The other was something about a 24hr progress but I had no idea what that meant. I reads the T&Cs on the website and emailed them for clarification. I got no response. 24 hrs later I went into the app to the cash out section & the approval stipulations changed again. I've concluded that this app is predatory and lures players by way of false advertising so they can (likely) get paid while the player watches hours of ads with no promised reward.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME!! IT'S A SHAM!!
