I bought a Philips 5000 mop which is fantastic. I wanted to ensure I would not run out of detergent or mop heads and ordered directly from Philips. Order sent from Nethetlands and took 3 days from time of order. Very quick

Much cheaper spare direct from Philips than from 3rd party parts 'specialists'. Prompt, tracked delivery.
Fab summer purchase
Tower fan arrived on time. Great product- keeps the whole room cool. Timer is a marvellous feature. The aromatherapy is subtle at first but the next day room smells so fresh. Really pleased with it. Great at keeping pets cool.
I bought the steam generator iron…
I bought the steam generator iron (model GC9650/80). Shortly after the warranty expired, the product broke down and stopped producing steam. For two weeks, I have been going back and forth with customer service, and every representative I have spoken to has come up with a different version of nonsense. Quite a big chunk of the series of this product has also been recalled due to user safety risks. Even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (ss. 9–11), goods must be of satisfactory quality, which expressly includes an assessment of durability, the expectation that goods will remain fit for purpose for a reasonable period, taking into account price, description, and the way they are marketed. Philips markets this product as a premium appliance at a premium price point; a reasonable consumer would expect a product of this description and cost to remain functional well beyond 2.5 years of ordinary domestic use. This is a statutory right that exists independently of, and is not limited by, the manufacturer's own guarantee period. Claims of this nature can be brought up to six years from the date of purchase in England and Wales.

Truly terrible customer service and aftersales support
I assumed buying directly from Philips would be a more reputable, easier and smoother experience. That was wrong. I suggest anyone interested in Philips items never purchases them through Versuni or Philips Home Appliances. Overall, customer service and aftersales is extremely poor. Promised resolutions and refunds do not get actioned. You're left continuously chasing things up. There is zero generosity or interest at customer retention on their part. They do absolutely nothing to make you feel better as a customer.
I spent over £150 on fans, one was delivered with warped black plastic and scratched. After alerting customer service to this on Live Chat, they considered it a 'minor cosmetic defect' and tried to offer me a 15% voucher off my next purchase? Shocking. After repeated attempts to resolve this without returning the item, I finally had agreed a £10 partial-refund. I provided all requested photographs and serial numbers, and received an email saying the £10 refund had been processed, with payment expected in 5 days. It's now 24 days later and, you guessed it, no refund. I have since emailed Philips Home Appliances four times over the last few weeks and, silence - no reply.
Secondly, I purchased another Pedestal Fan 2000 which worked only on settings 1 and 2 - and when the third speed was selected it just powered off entirely. The front 'PHILIPS' logo was also badly scratched. I purchased this item in the sale at £51. On alerting customer service of the defects, they suggested I could only have it repaired by a technician or return it (as I was within my 30 day refund time). I was surprised that no replacement would be offered at all. The item has since increased in price to over £70, meaning if I was to re-purchase it would cost me £20 more AND I'll have had the hassle of receiving and returning the defective one. I asked if Philips would kindly honour the previous paid price (as it's not my fault at all the item arrived defective) and they rather rudely refused, and kept repeatedly saying "we've told you all we can do" sticking firm with only a repair or return/refund.

Extremely Disappointed with Product and Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Philips coffee machine and the customer service I have received.
The machine is less than a year old and has already been returned to Philips for repair on two separate occasions. On both occasions, it was returned to me still not functioning correctly, meaning I had to contact customer services and arrange for it to be sent back again.
The machine has now developed yet another fault, it has not been returned to me from repair workshop working once, and Philips have confirmed, after reviewing a video I provided, that the machine is indeed faulty. Despite multiple failed repair attempts and the significant inconvenience caused, Philips are only offering a third repair rather than a replacement.
This is a premium coffee machine and was a considerable purchase. I do not believe it is reasonable to expect customers to repeatedly package and return an expensive appliance, particularly when previous repairs have failed to resolve the issue.
I have now been without the machine for approximately a month in total and have lost confidence in both the product and Philips' after-sales support. I am very disappointed that, despite acknowledging the fault and the history of repairs, Philips have so far refused to replace the machine.
I hope Philips will review my case and provide a fair resolution. I have requested management contact me but I am yet to receive this.
Disappointed to have a response to say call again. I have been non stop on the phone and email for the last 7 weeks and I am still no further forward. I have requested how to raise a formal complaint and not having a single response to this and asking me to call again. Surely at this stage, you should be reaching out to me to resolve this issue after 7 extremely frustrating weeks.

The site is a bugged out mess
The site is a bugged out mess. Cannot edit the order, cannot delete the products from the basket, cannot do anything, no way of getting customer support. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I ordered through Philips website…
I ordered through Philips website ..juicer worth 6300rs , it turned up after 1 week today and does not turn on , they sent defective product
Order never turned up - terrible customer service
Order never turned up! I pause £425 for a coffee machine which was never despatched by Philips Versuni.
I contacted the numerous time, but they kept saying I had to wait before they could give me any answers as to the delays.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Terrible!
Terrible!
Placed an order for a coffee machine on the website, received confirmation email notifying me that the product shipping time was 3 to 5 days, then nothing.....
After 10 days of no contact, I tried the online chat, which hung after the AI bot attempted to connect me to a real person so gave up after 30 minutes. Then tried the Whatsapp link which again gave me an AI response and said a service agent would be in touch, then nothing.
Finally called the service line and was answered from a call centre very quickly only to be told my order had been cancelled due to 'technical issues'. So I had my payment refunded and could place another order as the item was still in stock. But lost all faith by this point, so will purchase elsewhere.
Discount Rubbish
Signed up for news letter to get 15% discount but didnt get a chance to put in before order was processed.
Contacted web chat who just left halfway through convo. Be warned
It is NOT a scam site, but still crap
It is NOT a scam site, you get redirected to home-appliances.philips from the official Philips site and also the domain is registered under the name of Philips (or they partner Versuni). You need to check your SPAM folder for order confirmation.
Having said that the webpage is absolute crap, and there is no way to cancel your order (you need to send it back after you received)
