Worst furniture shop experience ever
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Despite paying for home delivery, the goods were first sent to a shop without informing us and then shipped back. On the second attempt, they were delivered to the wrong place, forcing us to pick them up ourselves. When we finally got the items, they were of terrible quality, so we requested a return, but the collection process was a nightmare—unorganized, delayed, and full of miscommunication. To top it off, no refunds or compensation were offered, and they held our money for two months for no good reason. Terrible service, poor products, and zero accountability. Never again.
