This board exceeded all my expectations…

This board exceeded all my expectations for the beauty and quality. The Larch wood has a very unique grain and makes a most interesting pattern. The board is sturdy and heavy and exactly what I was looking for. Something little, but I find the sound of the knife when chopping to be very satisfying. The board was well protected and packaged and arrived earlier than scheduled. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a great board that will be perfect for quality Japanese knives.

Besonders schön finde ich, dass du auch auf kleine Details wie den Klang beim Schneiden achtest – das ist ein tolles Kompliment für die massive Bauweise meiner Bretter. Dass es perfekt zu deinen japanischen Messern passt, freut mich als Tischler natürlich besonders.

Quality end-grain cutting board

I received my cutting board quickly after ordering. It was in perfect condition, my customisation options were taken into account, and the cutting board itself looks really qualitative!
The finished product is very smooth to the touch, even in the juice groove, and I was pleasantly surprised that the individual wood blocks assembled to make up the cutting board were glued with a symmetrical grain, as shown in the pictures (I wasn't sure that would be the case).
I wasn't too sure about the rubber feet because my counter is really slippery, but they have great grip as well! 10/10!

Besonders schön finde ich, dass dir die symmetrische Maserung der Holzblöcke und die glatte Oberfläche – auch in der Saftrille – aufgefallen sind. Genau diese handwerkliche Sorgfalt macht ein HolzWeltSlezak Brett aus. Dass die Gummifüße auch auf deiner Arbeitsplatte perfekten Halt bieten, ist eine tolle Bestätigung.
