I had to wait over a week before they finally sent it, and was supposed to get some bonus for an order over a specified price and another bonus which was their shaker, and didn't get anything! But the green tea is at least very good in taste.

Your package was already shipped and given to DHL by us the same day you ordered. However, due to the strike, delivery was delayed and unfortunately, there is nothing we could do about it.
When you ordered, there was no bonus/extra products offered by us anymore as we ran out of stock. We did communicate it openly on our website though :)
