When I ordered the paint
When I ordered the paint, I had selected the incorrect sheen level, I rang them and they immediately ammended the order without any hassle.
My order arrived before what I expected it would which was fantastic and it was very well packaged.
I have used Holman Paints a number of times and they are always very professional

All good experience so far
All good experience so far. I was looking for a high quality anti microbial paint, HSS website was very useful in aiding my choice. It took a week to arrive, which is slightly long delivery, but not worth bothering about in the long run. My decorator is happy with the quality of the paint. It was expensive compared to traditional paints, but it is a specialist formula, you get what you pay for in my experience. I have good expectations of this product.
