I was playing the new grand diamond game , i spun gave me 3 of the red diamonds x2 x3 x4 in a row then an error message popped up & said there was an error . The only error is me wasting my money on this app . Thats 1750.00 win . Ridiculous

This is the worst casino i have ever played at, 600 dollars the first day and over 400 the second day And hardly any bonuses and never got any fair wins. This casino is definitely doing some illegal stuff. Moral of the story DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY AND FLAT OUT SCAMMERS.

Just like the other reviews here. Youre more likely to get struck by lightning on a sunny day in the middle of the desert than to walk away with a win here. I thought they were a better alternative to DK but I have lost every damn time for months no matter what I do. You'd think that when youre down so bad at a given casino you'd catch some kind of a win at some point but not here. The most fair online casino I've found is probably Ballys, but their withdrawals are delayed. Huge mistake to patronize this scam of an establishment

I was playing jungle roller. I hit a bonus and was on spin 2 of 8. Was at $789.45 profit hollywood casino booted me from the game thus not allowing me to finish my bonus. They had me blocked from that game for 3 days. Every game worked but jungle roller. They claimed it was a malfunction and sent me $179 a week later. I am still owed $600 atleast which they refuse to pay. They edited my transaction details in hollywood casino app to make my game say complete and the pa gaming board sided with them after a month of "investigation" DO NOT PLAY OR DEPOSIT ANY MONEY HERE.

I have been playing Blackjack on hollywood casino for months and let me save you the time. STAY AWAY. ITS A TOTAL SCAM. Currently I am on a crazy loosing streak. I have been monitoring every hand compared to bets and account balance. What I meen is the only way you will win hands is to deposit 10000 and only bet 1.00 a hand. Probably a dozen times in the last 3 weeks I have deposited 100.00 slow bet 10 a hand and have had some luck. I have won up to 3000 in one sitting. BUT each time I get to a couple hundred up I switch to 50 bet and almost loose every hand till its gone. Deposit another 100 and do the same thing again. When I deposit 100 and start with 50 bet never win. Then last run thay have been on is so rediculous . At one point they ran 18 of 25 hands without being dealt less than 17 or hitting to get 18 or higher. On the rare occasion I get dealt 21 I have been busted countless times on multi draw 21. For 3 days straight on 95 % of my draws which is almost on every hand because players get dealt 12 to 16 as often to dealer getting 20 everytime I hit it's a 10 to bust while dealer can draw up to 5 cards regularly to win by 1 pt. Not to mention the amount of times the dealer draws when player has good hand and oddly enough still wins by 1. The other weird thing has been each time I am dealt 10 or 11 and double down a 10 never comes rather a A when I have 11 or a 2 when I have 10. The site is total crap. Do not let them steal your money like they have mine. And don't even think about customer service they never answer. O yeah I forgot to let you know I had another issue with them where my account had 250 at one point and 350 at another point and all of a sudden the game kicked me out and when I came back my account was at 0. Customer service opened 2 service cases about it and only returned 100. When I questioned them they said there was only 1 issue even though I have emails about both from Them. O yeah and if you do win they will make you give them every personal piece of info to get a dollar but have no problem taking every dime you can give them. PLEASE STAY AWAY
