After playing for over a year, and losing ALOT of money, I finally won only R3000.After winning that money, the game have been extremely buffering and not giving any wins. If this is your way of taking more money from us, then it simply means I have to quit playing now before I'm completely broke.

It shows their intentional commitment to fact they exploit players.They run dozens of these promotions at any given time. Now, imagine how much they are profiting from players who believe they have a chance when, in reality, they don’t.

They also steal money in ways most people wouldn’t even notice. They deduct random amounts from player accounts. They shave off pennies from each spin—an amount small enough to go undetected, but over thousands of players and thousands of spins, it adds up to millions in stolen funds. When i work my percentage of winnings over a long time (6 Months) then i am on 70% loss.

People may say what they want and think what they want but I feel a gambling website or platform should be treating their customers the same as any other business, they make so much money why not just stick to the basic customer service and compliance rules. My bank confirmed that the payment was successful, yet I had to send a POP which I didn't mind but was then told of 24-48 hour turn around. Excuse me if the money is off my account and I actually paid for it to reflect immediately are they going to refund me the cost of that transaction.
