We are currently renting from Hollywell homes a 2 bedroom house in St John’s Worcester we have a list of repairs longer than our arm.
Windows falling out, rotten back door, damp issue causing damage to our sofa this is due to the cellar not being ventilated, damp in the bathroom which has caused the ceiling to crack and bow, rats within the property and were not just talking one we’ve seen a few, the fencing in the rear garden is all damaged brought up 3 months ago and only made contact today to rectify it, the damp in the cellar has caused damage to our coats and trainers which are hung up at the top (we was advised it was dry and no damp prior to moving in) since raising these issues with the office I’ve had nothing but passive aggression, sarcasm and rudeness from Adam I wasn’t going to post a review but I’ve had enough I posted on my WhatsApp status asking for another property to rent when he spamming the like button on it. He causing us unnecessary stress when we’ve paid our rent every month for repairs not to be done I’m a whits end with it all baring in mind it’s nearly a thousand pound a month I’m paying to live in a unsafe house and with properties rising in rent we’re struggling to find the rent and deposit again.
I don’t know if I can attach photos to this review but if I can’t then I can’t sorry but I have them on my phone and happy to provide evidence of what we’re having to live with on a daily
