Hello my name Brian and I don’t even…

Hello my name Brian and I don’t even own a pair of their socks! I have ordered 4 pair and got a quick response stating they got my order. As I read the response it was then that I realized I had ordered the wrong socks!! I apologized for my stupidity and told him what I was actually looking for. ( I was about 15 days Post -Op Heart Transplant Surgery). The Customer Service guy stepped right in offered his congratulations and told me to worry about my recovery! He would make sure that the right socks were ordered and step by step explained how easy the return process would be and what I was responsible for returning them. He made it extremely clear that he wanted nothing but for me Not to worry about anything but to recover and the right socks would end up in my hands.

Somehow a wrong address go on order

Somehow a wrong address go on order. I text them. They were able to catch before it went out and I even got it sooner than it was supposed to be here. Very nice company to deal with.

The socks are comfortable but…

The socks are comfortable but unfortunately they DO ride down throughout the day. This was the main reason I justified spending as much as I did on these particular socks.

Before spending alot of money .
I guess you get what you pay for.
I'm an elderly man 77 years on this planet, came down with swollen feet, legs ,ankles,,anemia I think they cal it ,taking fluid medication 💊, spent alot of money ! ( for me it's alot)on compression socks advertised on Amazon, I'm doing well ,although I feel that I may need somthing that will give me confidence and comfort ,wish I could afford more of these, I haven't received my order as of yet ,I'm not worried because this company has a great return,,/ refund policy
They will work with you .

Ordered a Blaze Orange PERFORMANCE ALPACA BEANIE on February 4, 2026. Paid USD$58.98. Still waiting for my product. Second email response on February 25, 2026, after I asked why it's taken three weeks and still no update in status to my order. Currently rated F on BBB (Better Business Bureau) website, under name Hollow Alpaca LLC. I will bet money that I will never see my order.

Warm and Dry all day
