Hello my name Brian and I don’t even own a pair of their socks! I have ordered 4 pair and got a quick response stating they got my order. As I read the response it was then that I realized I had ordered the wrong socks!! I apologized for my stupidity and told him what I was actually looking for. ( I was about 15 days Post -Op Heart Transplant Surgery). The Customer Service guy stepped right in offered his congratulations and told me to worry about my recovery! He would make sure that the right socks were ordered and step by step explained how easy the return process would be and what I was responsible for returning them. He made it extremely clear that he wanted nothing but for me Not to worry about anything but to recover and the right socks would end up in my hands.

The socks are comfortable but unfortunately they DO ride down throughout the day. This was the main reason I justified spending as much as I did on these particular socks.

( for me it's alot)on compression socks advertised on Amazon, I'm doing well ,although I feel that I may need somthing that will give me confidence and comfort ,wish I could afford more of these, I haven't received my order as of yet ,I'm not worried because this company has a great return,,/ refund policy
