My grandson was over seas in below 0 weather. He said the socks were great. The only problem he had was washing them because where he was he was unable to wash them as
Instructed but he said they were still great.

Ordered these to help keep my feet cool.....

Ordered these expecting them to help control temperature and sweating while at work inside a 65 degree room. Made my feet more sweaty and hot. They leave black wool fibers all over my feet and in between my toes. They are soft and comfortable but they are so hot and have already wore holes in them in a couple of months.

No dryer and still shrunk after one…

No dryer and still shrunk after one wash to the point of not fitting. Not particularly soft or comfortable. I'll be going back to merino wool socks.

I have been waiting since November for…

I have been waiting since November for Boot Socks, which they told me they were out of stock. When contacted again last week they cannot see that they owe me $160 worth of socks!
Oder#510467. On 11/19 I received email that I would receive an exchange for boot socks that I ordered to replace trade socks that I received. Someone online at Hollow Socks helped me return because system wouldn't let me choose boot socks. On 12/5, checking on status, I was told "waiting on warehouse approval". On 1/5, checking on status, I was told by different support person that they couldn't "see" I had returned socks and they basically told me "sorry"! I have emailed several more times and explained but cannot get anyone else to look at this or give me phone number to talk to someone! I feel Hollow Socks owes me $160 or Boot socks that I originally ordered!!! I have been emailing for months!!

I ordered sox on April 2nd and never received in over a month

I ordered sox on April 2nd. Never received anything. Keep getting excuses about the package being misdirected, but they want to give me a partial credit as long as I buy more sox! I refused. They suggested that I make a claim. But on the claim form there is no option for "never received" just asking why you want to return. Then issuing me a return label. So I am now supposed to return something that I NEVER received to get a refund!
Worst customer experience in 10 years. Amateurs!

Best socks I ever wore!!

This is the first time I’ve worn compression socks all day and didn’t want to take them off at the end of the day. They wash well in the washer and dry in dryer. Absolutely love these socks.

Hollow compression socks are Avery goog choice.

I got some compression socks from Hollow. They were to tight at the top and it was my mistake on the order. I asked if I could send them back for a better fit.
They immediately sent me the size I needed, no problem!!
They just wanted to be sure I was happy with their product, and I certainly was.

YOU pay for their mistakes …

The description says that these are great because they are easy to get on even with legs swollen. I can barely get them past my ankles on the compression and crew socks, and the no shows seem no better than the standard ones I can buy at 10 pairs for the price of one. On top of that, with their 99 Day Money Back Guarantee, even when this is the case you have to pay $7.99 to return them to get your refund and drop it off or take store credit to what... buy more of the items that don't fit???

Great Socks

was looking for a website to get some information on compression socks for my swollen ankles when I found Hollows website. Information about their compression socks were very informative. I emailed them with some questions and Their staff was very helpful and polite. I ordered several sets of their socks and are very pleased how supportive they are and they feel great when I wear them.

My hollow socks are great in many ways

My hollow socks are great in many ways. They are warm when wet and comfortable on long hikes. The only downside of my purchase is they develop wear spots (pink areas) and then holes develop on the bottoms over the sock. I bought 20 pair in 2025. The remaining 13 pair I use sparingly because of the wear issues. I love wearing them. I hate they wear out so quickly.

Do not wear these socks without shoes

Do not wear these socks without shoes!
I wore mine around the house w/out shoes, during one winter and the fibers degraded under the ball and heel of my foot. Reached out to Hollow, and they suggested I buy new with a $10 coupon they shared. For the prices we paid, they should last longer!
I went to Willow socks, less $$'s and love them. Just tested them in Iceland, no disappointment with Willow.
