We called as the cottage we were in was very damp . The view was none existent and the area advertised to sit in was overgrown and unusable .
Mattresses were damp and dangerous chains on blinds .
The cottage was also very tired and dirty .
The only response I could get was tell the owner .
Obviously this cottage has not been inspected for some years .
Very disappointed and no help at all offered from Holiday Cottages .
Rented house through Novasol.dk who is part of your organisation. I have made a réclamation, and received an appalling answer. They didn't even take the time to investigate. What kind of service is that. Is this the way the organisation is run? What is the point in making a reclamation, if people just write standard answers like : we thank you for your feedback...
After waiting for few months, the company has fulfilled their promises and refunded fully.
Although this was partly due to the failure of their recommended travel insurance company to fulfil their commitments.
