Delivered late. None of my details were passed to delivery company, so I didn’t receive any delivery notes at all making it even later as I missed the first attempt.

Received the items I needed
Was contacted before order was dispatched and asked whether I required additional items I had purchased due to vague information on the description of the main items I needed. Managed to get a refund before delivery of the rest of the order that I needed. Would have been 5 stars had I received the order within the timeframe indicated at checkout.

Very quick and efficient reponse
I contacted Customer Services as my order hadn't been sent. I was rung up straight away to explain the item was out of stock but I would be sent a better replacement at no extra cost. This arrived the next day. Very pleased with how quickly this was sorted out.
