From start to finish Laura’s care, attention & service was exceptional. We didn’t know where we wanted to go & she found some absolutely amazing places that we would have never considered if we hadn’t used her. The hotel blew us away as did the sleep Italian city we visited. It was very clear from the start that Laura actually cared about where we went & that we had the best time. We only gave her a week to find our holiday, so we were so impressed that she managed to find a hidden gem just for us.

If you are looking for something unique, different & off the beaten track they definitely use Holirays. We for sure will be!

Holirays were outstanding, we highly recommend. Laura took time to listen to what we wanted for a special, once in a lifetime experience, drilled down to details we may not have though of, and worked with us to create the best possible safari we could have. She listened and delivered. It was personalised and specific to just us, and I cannot recommend this experience, through Laura, more highly. Not only did she create a dream holiday, but she gave us tips on what we would need that you could only google for advice to a generic level, Laura’s recommendations and tips were realistic and personal. There are so many options to choose from and Laura filtered through the noise to give us simply the best, we’re so grateful and will definitely be using again.
