Very poor experience
Very poor experience, they cancelled my accommodation very close to my trip, with no other viable option. They shared some alternatives, 2 with very bad reviews and 1 which was way more expensive and with 1 bedroom less.

So disappointing MyChoice Tavira
We have booked with MyChoice this time through the Holidu app for the past 3 years and for 2 years have had exemplary service. Has the company changed hands because we have had very disappointing service this year. The apartment is fine no complaints it is liaison with the company that is so poor and very impersonal even though the office is 200m round the corner. Everything is online there should also be written info as their YouTube videos on appliances is poor. Cleaners, their wording, were organised to arrive at 10am on 16/02/26. They are not cleaners they changed bedding only, left 2 of us with 2 towels for the remaining 2 weeks, arrived at 1pm didn’t even clean the toilets or leave us with cleaning solution so we could do it ourselves. We were told to get it ourselves. We asked about sun beds twice and after a week had still not had an acknowledgement about our query until I complained. Everything is reactive there is no proactive approach to their clients.
As I stated the previous two years were excellent so this is more than disappointing

Great experience with Holidu
We stayed in a finca in Mallorca for 7 nights in October 25. The booking process was very positive. Our house was as described, great communication from the host and good value for money. We were very happy with Holidu and would happily use them again.

Holiday booked October and paid in…
Holiday booked October and paid on December.1st,by chance was told on the 23rd that holiday rental was unavailable and had been since initial booking.We could have turned up to find it was already let t out ,guessing someone booked for a week, unlike us ,which was only for the 2 days
No apologies of any sort ,disgusting attitude to say the least !
Getting full refund ,but not had immediately as requested ! now have to find somewhere new to find on less than a week .

I have personally looked into your case. I can confirm that as soon as the unavailability was finalized, a full refund was processed to the original payment method. Regarding the communication from the host, we are investigating why there was a delay in notifying you, as this does not meet our service standards. Our "pack your sunglasses" emails are automated once a booking is confirmed in the system, and we deeply regret that this added to the confusion in your case.
Since your booking was made and paid through Booking.com, they are the ones who manage the financial compensation and alternative accommodation policies for their customers. We have already shared the details of this incident with them to facilitate their review of your request.
We truly regret that your holiday plans were disrupted and appreciate your patience during this process.

No human customer support
Their whole support service is run by an AI bot who opens tickets and then closes them without response. Having to escalate to a charge back with the bank because you cannot actually speak to a human via phone, webchat or email. AVOID!
