It was one of the smoothest and seamless experience in arranging the entire tour (Hungary and Slovakia) for our office team. I was the point of contact for Sucheta from HolidayME team and believe me she along with her entire team has done a tremendous job in understanding our tour requirements and then accordingly doing the relevant bookings with their suppliers. To be honest they went out of their way and helped in all the ways possible, just to ensure that we have an amazing tour experience with no issues at all. Hats off to Sucheta and her entire team for virtually being with us thru the entire tour and ensuring that we don't face any problems anywhere. 5 stars rating from our team for excellent service provided. Irresponsible in visa processing

We have paid and obtained the visa processing service from holiday me as per their recommendation. But the details In vouchers for visa, itinerary and visa applications are contradictory to each other.

We obtained this service from them expecting a hassle free service as we have no time to go through this process by ourselves .now we need tho followup with them to obtain correct documents.

Great service. I was in Canada but sharon dcunha helped to book my honeymoon package for Maldives. She worked around the clock bcoz of different timings. I didn’t have to look for anything. Everything was arranged and with no hustle.

Me and my family went to georgia last week, it's fantastic..credit For Zura our driver in georgia, he is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. And I see the best hospitality of georgia from him. He Deserve all the stars..cannot wait to come back..

I had reached out to Holiday Me for planning a private tour to Europe for me and friends. Once I made the payment, I had a tough time coordinating with their Post sales team. The response time from the Post sales team was pathetic.Bookings for me and my friends were not in sync. We had to make loads of changes on our own and also pay the change fee for their mess.

On tour trouble: The airport taxi bookings were improper and we had to hire our own taxis and pay the extra charge as well. The hotel bookings were not in line with our requirement. Our hotel locations were away from the city center in a couple of cases. We had to waste 20-30 minutes in travelling every time. There was no on-tour support. Our city trips were poorly planned and we missed one complete tour because of the timings. As a Holiday planner, I had expected Holiday me to guide us on the timings and locations that we were visiting but there wasn't any sync in our tours and timings.

Not an advisable holiday agent. Not for a private plan for sure.

Airline and hotel booking was excellent. Only concern is the response time of the emergency whatsapp number... Really need to improve on that. Overall, it's nice experience

It was the best experience we had during the trip to Armenia. The tour managers had facilitated all amenities and situations challengingly and provided convenient and comforting trips to various places in Armenia. It is indeed an unforgettable and worth cherishing memories of life time. Thanks a lot for it.

We booked our last minute winter break holiday through holiday me thanks to there amazing offer for Armenia. We were lucky to meet their local guides (Gaya, Sam and Supi) who made our visit to the many tourist attraction worthwhile with their vast knowledge and assistance everywhere.

A special mention for Sam who is so passionate about his home Armenia and filled with historical knowledge. He gave us so much information at every place visited. Gaya is bubbly, fun loving and made every journey fun and enjoyable.

Overall we had a lovely trip and glad to have met these lovely people and visit such a beautiful place.

What a fabulous mini break we had in Yerevan. Meeting Gaya, Andy and Hayk was our lucky break. Holiday ME you struck gold by teaming up with this attentive and knowledgeable team. We highly recommend their services. Gregg and Michele Manzoni.

One of the worst experience i had with booking for my trip package to Bali and Singapore.

They told me the breakfast is included in the package, but then i was shocked that it was not.

I have been calling Mustafa Salem - trip consultant so many times, but never got his replay.

Holidayme successfully arranged for my last trip to Malaysia ( family trip). Nothing changed regarding the activities and the local agency was very professional when it comes to activity time, communication, and support.

I can say that without Chandra from Holidayme and her collaboration, we couldn’t be satisfied as much as we are now. Chandra show a very professional way to deal with customers, through her advices and patience we got the best memorable trip to Malaysia.

Had a pleasant trip to Georgia and Armenia during the national holidays. Thanks to Mekhar Anwan for helping out to choose the trip, updating every bit of the trip. Was the first trip booked by holiday me and a satisfactory one. More to go.

A very big thanks to team Holidayme for an awesome and fantastic Azerbaijan trip. We had gone through an easy go procedures from the enquiry stage till completion of our trip. Ms.Suchetha has helped us to book the package and she was updating the entire procedures on daily basis till we leave from Sharjah. Mr. Kareem from Holidayme was escorting us from UAE and was available 24x7 in our entire trip. He was the smiling face of our trip, attending each and every member in the group without any tiring attitude. A big Clap to Mr. Kareem. The tour guide Mr. Seymour was another attraction of the tour, polite and sweet guy with lot of fun all the days. Hotels in Baku and Gabala was so nice with all the star facilities and we welcomed with early check-in as mentioned in the package. Overall, a fantastic trip with lot of fun and comfort. Thanks again to Holidayme, Ms. Suchetha, Mr.Kareem and Mr. Seymour. We will never have any option other than Holidayme for our future trips.

I come with a sincere regret of booking my prague package with holidayme. I sit on my first day of the trip, booked by holidayme and question what kind of team do you have?

Such a bad choice of hotel you provide. We are staying at hotel monica, a hotel placed in a dungeon that’s far away from the capability to reach- by uber or by foot. Multiple failures from uber driver’s approach, and i hope holidayme team understands we dont speak czech, we tried to reach here by foot. A dungeon as it deserves to be mentioned again, we reached the hotel and carry the feeling that ok we made it alive!

What were you thinking while choosing this hotel? It is far away from any place a tourist should go. Giving you the benefit of doubt that it is cheap and you could only budget for this, but how about some r&d??? It is placed at a location that we walked in to, from an under construction, legally blocked location.

Upon failures and google maps ‘s not giving us alternate modes, we call the hotel staff and he had nothing but to yell back that its not his working hour why are we calling him at night and not called an uber or a bolt. Huh?

The whole point of choosing a travel agent is to ensure we have an expert’s advice. But i think, i could share some insights with you now, having spent 1 good day in prague.

Extremely bad hotel. Extremely. Advice, dont pass this along to your other customers. People come here for a vacation, and not to experience threatening hotel stays.
Coming back again tomorrow night? Not a chance. I may sound rude, but the route i took to reach, i am surprised and thanking the gods i made it in one piece.

Let me know if you can take ownership into this and pass along a better hotel to us. If not, i will say sorry, really for having you chosen as my travel agent.
Holiday me and this hotel Monica don't care at all customer. Especially women travel it's really unsafe and disgusting team. If you call them for help or enquiry they scream in foul language.

A big thanks to holidayme for an excellent holidaytrip. I opted their package to ARMENIA during the national day holidays. The hotels were good and the service was excellent. The local tour guide (JACOB) deserves a standing ovation as he was really energetic, entertaining and humble by all means. Also, holidayme representatives (Hardik and Elizabeth) were very good as they were constantly making sure the guests were comfortable during the entire trip.
