Communication emails could have been friendlier . For example, Even though on the fine print says balance of payments needed to be made within two weeks of deposit payment , we would have appreciated to be sent an email about the final payment .
Instead we received an email saying pay now or booking could be cancelled

We had committed to a tour at a certain price. Your company already had our money. However, when we received confirmation of our booking, the price had increased. Admittedly it was by only $100 (which doesn't seem a lot, however the tour was very expensive), but this does seem dishonest.
Very good on the whole
Very good on the whole. Only drawback was having to wait on the phone for at least 20mins last Saturday when I wanted to book a holiday. Despite being constantly told that they apologised and were recruiting new staff it seemed strange that they were understaffed on a Saturday.
Everything else has been great and staff members very informative.

My trip to New Zealand didn't go as advertised on HolidayMax website.
Missing 2 dinners and not able to visit the Castle as listed. When I contacted HolidayMax I was advised that due to ATT Kings changed the itinerary thus HolidayMax not responsible for it.
I bought the trip directly from HOLIDAYMAX not from ATT Kings (land tour), thus the company which took my money should be responsible for the services as advertised. I didn't get reimbursed.
I purchased the product based on advertising on the website. You can't just give me a simply explanation when services not available as your partner company changed it and cut it out from the program. The website could be not well updated.
The other things is in 15 days Grand New Zealand, despite payment was made very early, booked flights are bad. I arrived New Zealand at mid night and departed Sydney at 0300AM. This wastes 2 days. The company should havr booked better flights as early as payment received.
I understand that HolidayMax offers a few hour to change flight as extra cost however, It Could book for client better flights.
Please put yourself into clients shoes for better experience.
The holiday thus is not fully satisfied with the money spent.

Excellent Customer Service, knowledge of the products, and all inclusive packages makes is easy to plans our travels
Large $ change in cabin balcony price
After paying a deposit we had a phone call less than 24hrs later telling us the cabin balcony we booked increased from the advertised cost of $450 to $1250 which is a huge increase. They said it was from Princess Cruises, however, should have been accurate on the website in the first place before booking and paying the deposit.
There were no ocean view cabins left so no choice except for a suite or inside cabin which we didn't want. We are still in negotiation with this.
