I am happy with most of Holiday Max methods except that they count your flights to and from as extra travel days on your trip which increases the trip duration by two days.

I had been looking for this type of trip..and Holiday Max was the only company that had my dream Holiday..thank you

1... the website laid out everything we were being offered and going to experience. 2... The application was exceptionally easy to step through. 3... Susan, our consultant could not have been more helpful and cheerful .. a slight hiccup (my fault) was sorted on the spot... 4 a simple questionnaire of our personal needs and wishes. 5... Now we have the full list of visas and things we have to do... and finally (so far) a list of what to expect on our preparation time table... I have travelled before and this was BY FAR the most organised, helpful and easiest prep I have ever done... .

BECAUSE I HAD TO CHANGE EMAIL DUE TO A HACK OF OPTUS.
SUPPLIED NEW EMAIL ADDRESS AND ASKED FOR NEW COPY TO BE SENT.
I NEVER HEARD BACK AND RANG 2 DAYS LATER TO SEE IF THEY RECIEVED MY CHANGE OF EMAIL.
THEY HAD BUT DIDNT INFORM ME OR SEND FLIGHT INFORMATION

Quick response to queries and quick processing of booking.

Just Booked our first holiday with Holiday max, so far they ahve been great. Prompt communication and clear instructions and information.

Excellent quick service. Had the booking confirmation only hours after submitting the form. Very helpful staff member who rang.
Very early stages yet as the tour isn't until May 2027 but I am confident that our travel arrangements are in good hands

Ease of booking and information was clear and staff professional.

Company lies and for this reason consumer protection advised us to cancel and then they will try and retrieve cancellation fees . They claim 10% but our fee is over double this . I am glad not to be going with a dishonest service provider . Let’s hope they actually process the refund as many have had issues with this too .

Very cost competitive holiday compared to other river cruise operators. Dynamic pricing requires a prompt decision, otherwise the selection may change in price tomorrow. Booking process relatively straightforward.

Wow communication was terrible I started to think it may have been a SCAM😩😩

Staff Remmy and Lachlan that I spoke to were helpful. I have booked with holiday Max before and when Remmy saw that I had been dealing with Lachlan she offered to transfer to him which I thought was considerate.
