NEVER EVER go with holidaybreakz. They sell seats they do not have!

I purchased a flight (Raleigh to Vermont). Within 30 seconds I get a call from someone who is very difficult to understand. He tells me that if I want the flight I have to pay $400 more. I say, if thats the case, then please refund my initial purchase.....to which they refused.

I asked them, "how can you do that? You didn't give me the seat I purchased!" And he told me to either pay the $400 or fly out the day earlier - which I cannot do.

Finally I got a supervisor. He also was very difficult to understand. Certainly someone from India. He told me they will not refund my money - and that I have to pay them more money.

From there we went in circles and they would not budge. He even went so far to call me stupid.

I have never in my life experienced something like I just did today, from any company, in any industry. I'm forced to call my bank and refute the charges.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I had a great experience with Chloe customer care executive . She booked my air ticket smoothly, and the entire process was seamless. The boarding passes were issued without any hassle. When I noticed that my name was shortened on the Delta boarding pass, the representative was extremely patient and took the time to carefully check all the details. I am writing this review to warn everyone considering booking with Holidaybreakz: THEY ARE A SCAM AND OPERATE USING A FRAUDULENT MODUS OPERANDI. Do yourself a massive favor and book your travel elsewhere.

The Scam: Same Old Story
Like countless other reviews have stated, I experienced the exact same scam:

I booked a flight ticket and received a confirmation.

Shortly after, I received a call informing me that the initial fare was "not available" and that I would have to pay DOUBLE the original price for the exact same ticket. This is their trick to extort more money from you.

The Fight for My Refund
When I refused to pay the extortionate double fare and asked for a refund, the agent immediately became aggressive and repeatedly insisted that the booking was "non-cancellable and non-refundable." He kept arguing, trying to wear me down so I would either pay the fraudulent extra amount or simply forfeit my money.

I was forced to fight and become extremely firm and angry before the agent finally conceded and agreed to issue a cancellation and refund. They only backed down when I threatened them and refused to be intimidated.

🔥 DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! 🔥
If Holidaybreakz tells you the fare is not available and then tries to keep your money by claiming the ticket is non-cancellable/non-refundable, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

THEY ARE CHEATS.

FIGHT FOR YOUR REFUND! If a booking is canceled by them because the fare is "unavailable," they cannot legally withhold your money, regardless of their fabricated rules.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! They are running a deliberate, widespread scam.

This company is a total fraud. Avoid Holidaybreakz at all costs and save yourself the stress, anger, and risk of losing your money.

Avoid this at any cost. It's scam. I got a ticket for $1200 from them. Then they sent me an email that they cannot give me that ticket because it's on hold. I asked for reimbursement, they said, no, they cannot reimburse and they can only offer another flight for $1800!!! Eventually I had to pay $1800! Such a rip off! AVOID THIS WEBSITE! THEY DON'T EVEN REFUND YOU IF THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU THE TICKET YOU PAID FOR.

None star buisiness. Should not exist.
The tickets are always 1000$ more than what is announced and they harass you by phone all day to close the deal even after the cancellation (do it by mail!!)
They say that it is not refundable but since they do not offer the right ticket, the cancellation is very possible. Know your rights.
A real and simple scam

It's on the edge to be a scam. I was buying ticket living at 05h35 and arriving 16h00. I got some issue to have them delevery. I have to pass 3 hr on the customer service. when i received them it was 10h55, arrival at midnight and it cost me more than 600$ !!! I'm travelling with 2 kids under 4yrs old and my return ticket are a nightmare (4 plan) i lets you imagine. I paied the 90$ cancellation and i cannont cancel the ticket. The customer service are good actor.

We ordered tickets at a good price, called the next day and said that such tickets cost 5 times more. and under pressure they changed our tickets for another day. And they don't refund the money. my rating is 1. NOT RECOMMENDED

Just like everyone’s else’s experience- got scammed by this fraud company. No ticket was issued. No cancellation option - will just have to dispute the credit card charge. Stay away from this hassle and fraudulent service.

- Reservation was made for going and back flights for 1083$ passing by JetCoast and redirected to them.
- Call received: they are saying it will be 2000$ more if I absolutely want the back flight on this day and hours. Offered to changed dates for flights most expensive and that aren’t works for me. Finally, customer services employe didn’t understood it… Ask for refound, they denied saying than the extra protection was only in emergency case, injury, winter conditions. Never accepted to refound me. Fees wasn’t charged on my credit card and I blocked it, advise my bank of this fraud and make sure than it will not possible for them to use my card info.

Very disappointed to seen than it wasn’t a trustable website for booking flights as it was supposed to be.

If it could be less than 1 star, it will be the one I was chosen for describing this company.

This company is scam and Fraud..

I booked my round trip for $228. I didn't receive the tickets, on calling them they said my tickets are not confirmed yet and call after 2 hours. I called 3 times every 2 hour but the same reply. At the end they said my returning flight is confirmed and still looking for departing flight and the price you booked are not available. I have to pay $300 more for booking. They were also not ready to refund my original money. I was helping them to find flights from my end, I found cheaper option even on the official airline website and when they check the same they provide me atleast double the price on the website. I even tried to get single ticket which was confirmed but for that also I have to pay $70 more just for one way in addition to $228 I have already paid to them. Even for the confirmed ticket, I was kept on hold for more than 1 hr to get me ticket. In total they wasted my 5 hrs still ending up paying $525 in total.

I am sharing my experience to warn others. I booked tickets through Holiday Breakz after seeing them on Wego, but the entire process turned into a scam.

After taking my money, they kept me waiting for hours with no confirmation. Then they called me and threatened that I would be kept on hold until 24 hours before the flight and that they would not refund my money. They wasted my time on long phone calls, and finally their supervisor tried to force me to buy different tickets at a much higher price.

If that was their intention, why do they show fake low prices just to trap customers?

This company is misleading people, wasting their time, and using threatening behavior. I trusted Wego, but Holiday Breakz turned out to be completely fraudulent. Please look into this — no one should go through what I did.
