Your website has all these nice fake statements from people who you give the impression have used your agency to sell their property. You are missing two important elements. First, people are not idiots. They can tell these reviews are not genuine. Humans are messy, and when they write, their writing is messy. Check the reviews on Amazon to get an idea. Second, you can offer as much support as you want, but you simply miss the point about buyers. I have checked several properties with your agency, and they are all overpriced. You are not only trying to fleece buyers but also putting the seller in an awkward situation when their properties stay on the market for too long.
