Smooth & Reliable

The perfect solution while beeing abroad
I was in Japan, completely dependent on an internet conexion for everything: from googlemaps for directions, whatsapp for messages and transkator for talking to people or reading de text on articles in shops. I could do this withoug worriing about costs thanks to HolaFly. The only time I lost conexion, they reacted inmediately whem ckntacted and gave me a solution also inmediately. This solution has been the right one since i have nevet lost conexion again kn the three months i used it.

Easy to choose plan and set up.
Easy to choose my plan for 10 days in the USA. Very easy to set up. I was delighted at how reassuring it was to never lose connection when I was out and about. I will definitely be using Holafly again in September for my next trip abroad.

The worst experience securing an esim
The worst experience securing an esim. Did not work from outset & engaged with 4 different service "technicians" who could not sort the issue. Even gave me Apple links to load when they knew I am on Android. 4 hours of my life I won't get back. Utterly pathetic company. Eventually sought refund, yep takes 7-10 days. How the hell do they have a business
