These people don't have a stock on anything, they supposedly import what you order but they lie to you about delivery times and further extend it when you ask and when you have had enough and cancel the order, they promise you a refund in the next 72 hours but that's also a lie. I waited for mine for more than 2 months, and if it wasn't for my bank helping me, I would still be waiting.
I also placed a complaint with MEIC, which has stagnated due to HolaCompras not showing up to conciliate. I will keep it active just so these thieves face consequences.

Don't make the mistake of buying from this site. They're scammers. I'm paying for an oven that haven't arrived yet, yesterday I asked about a timeframe since the initial timeframe has gone by and the answer was literally :" we don't have a timeframe but will reach you once we have any". If you buy from this place know that you won't get anything.

More than 2 months waiting for a product that never arrived. They always come up with excuses, and even after requesting a refund, 10 days later they still say they are “scheduling” the refund. I do not recommend ordering from this website.
