I had a very stressful rental experience involving multiple incorrect charges, authorization holds, a disputed cleaning fee, and several weeks of communication with the rental agency.

Throughout the entire process, Miguel Diaz and the Hola Car Rentals team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They consistently followed up with Budget on my behalf, kept me informed, escalated my concerns, and helped resolve several issues, including the refund of a cleaning fee and toll reimbursement.

While my experience with the rental agency itself was disappointing, Hola Car Rentals provided excellent customer service and support from beginning to end. Their communication, transparency, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

Thank you to Miguel and the entire Hola team for your patience and professionalism. I will gladly use Hola Car Rentals again in the future.

Hola has failed to refund my reservation. It's been over 10 days and they have completely failed to refund the reservation. Hola made a serious error when booking my reservation, I am an American returning home and need a rental car for a month. I booked Hola on-line and specified I am an American and provided a US Driver License. The Reservation they gave me was only valid for a Non US Resident without US Driver License. I cancelled this immediately when I saw that clause and now am waiting over 10 days for my $1,008. refund. HOLA IS NOT FOR AMERICANS.

Looking for car hire over very busy 4th July weekend for a trip from Boston to Cape Cod. Searched all the providers (holidayautos, rentalcars, autoeurope) all of which were ridiculously expensive. Hola were the best value with a decent selection of vehicles.

I recently hired a car through Hola Car Rentals for the duration of a holiday in the USA.
A problem arose after I had returned the car after a 2-week vacation when the well-known company that had supplied the vehicle billed me, incorrectly, for more than $700. The car rental had been paid in full prior to the holiday commenced.They insisted the charge was accurate. It wasn't.
Fortunately, after I contacted Hola Car Rentals, they took the matter up with an impressive determination, eventually persuading the car supplier to refund more than $500. This was still over $200 short, so I contacted Hola. Again, their professional approach to recouping the balance of money due was hugely impressive. The supplier eventually handed the money over.
Massive thanks are due to both Sofia and Juan at Hola Car Rentals; it was reassuring to have these guys on my side. Had it not been for this duo, this matter could have dragged on for months and months.
