They take money first and help at their own time that works for them, if you’re not available they will only rebook if you pay again. Needs to be a media recorded doc appointment not just a phone call. Might as well do Telehealth for free

Beware of their subscription system. You have to cancel, not them.
These people if you sign up for a month's subscription will take and take from the debit card you gave them month after month £12.99p. I only authorised them to take for the first month. but they collected a second month's payment. I had to find the way to cancel the subscription which was not straightforward or easy. BAH!
Their VPN system did not always work.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam! They advertised a free 14 day trial, we tried for 30 minutes and weren’t satisfied. They then charged our PayPal directly and when we went to customer service they were unhelpful and misleading. Beware with this company! Completely outraged by their behaviour
