Weekend Telehealth.
Easy booking system, appointment within an hour after booking on a weekend was fantastic to be able to access the service.

Booking process is too hard . Video system not working, give and option to have phone consult only , also have confirmed time slots for appointment, no one at work have time to wait 45 minutes for appointment that never happens on time
