I don’t no how you have the front to ask for a review I have emailed WhatsApp and called no response you’re products might be good but I have never come across such bad support.

Right part at the right price plus speedy delivery

Ordered footboards and adapters for my bike. They were the wrong adapters for my bike. The footboards where of poor quality and damaged. I returned and emailed them. I finally got a response and was asked if I would like to change for suitable ones for my bike. I agreed if they could let me know. Nothing since then have emailed many times, I have called phone number 30 or 40 times, they never answer, just straight to pre recording, no one can take you call. I will have to travel over 80 miles to arrange a refund. I hope this is one off and it's just my luck. However I have spent nearly £300 on these parts. Hope you have more luck then me.

Part ordered online Order Confirmation #36121 (WEB36121) and delivered on 24th April. The part was returned and received by you on 8th May as I received confirmation from Royal Mail. I have not received a refund despite sending emails on 16th and 31st May and trying to call with no answer. The part was ordered as per your fitment guide which was incorrect. Can you reply to my emails and process the refund ASAP. On behalf of Douglas Greenig

Used Hogparts a couple of times now. Always been a good service and parts as described.

The unique benefit of using Hogparts for me is the “Fitment” list on most parts, where effort has been made to provide a comprehensive list of bike model & year, so you can buy from their website with confidence once you see your bike model listed.

It seems easy to find what you need, is an intuitive website and a great source for cool upgrades and also some of the more “hard-to-find” spares.

Parts delivered promptly as ordered. No fuss or bother, considering that the merchant had been closed for the summer vacation when the order was placed.

Very helpful even when I had to return the bits due to my mistake….
However, one month later dispite confirmation of return 2 weeks ago, no refund.
It just got sorted today with an apology from the boss and an explanation.
Things go wrong; it’s how they are sorted that is a true worth of a business.
Very happy with the outcome.

I ordered an oil filters and a packet of washers and received an acknowledgement email to say my order was being prepared. A week later having received no update I emailed you. Lo and behold an email arrived to say my order would be despatched the following day. It's a tad disappointing when a company requires a prod to despatch a paid for order.

Morning I gave you a bad review as you never answer emails or the phone ,you came back with the answer that you never seen emails from me. Obviously your not checking your emails I can send you dated copy of email I’ve sent to you, at least 5, plus I don’t know how many time I filled out your online emails portal ,please don’t come back with more excuses at least have the decency to contact me,
Unfortunately I’m not the only person having problems getting reply from you talking to other Harley owner they seem to have the same issues
