A game changer for foreign buyers
As a foreign buyer, this has been one of the most useful tools I’ve found for researching properties in Spain. It lets you screen homes and plots before spending time travelling to view them, and it has already helped me spot things I would have completely missed otherwise.
The reports are clear, practical and based on real data, which gives much more confidence when evaluating a property.
One piece of advice: be careful with newer copycat services. Some claim to provide information that simply isn’t realistic to obtain, while others are just more expensive copies with lower-quality results. This is the original service I trust, and it’s become a must-have before considering any property.
