Fantastic from start to finish. Brought many cars over the years but never from here, which is on my doorstep. Can't speak highly enough from the service, consideration and transparency compared to other places I have used. Shame I didn't go to you many years ago. Wouldn't change to anywhere else from now on.

I brought a car from hodsons. Charles helped us from start to finish. Customer service was excellent explained everything to us. Very pleased with them would highly recommend 😀

Charlie who I dealt with very clear strait forward and professional service the car is great valet could have been better but still very happy small problem with spare key but Charlie very help full and is sorting it for me having previously been InThe motor trade I was quite impressed with the service and would use hodsons again

Happy with latest purchase. Excellent customer service. Sales team where very helpful and polite. That did not try to sell me a car that I did not want. Also that did not to try to sell extras with the car that I did not want. I have been with the company for a while know and I have never had any issues with after sales service.

Awful, company.
They have had my wife's car for 3 weeks to repair a very small dent to the rear door. Not once in 3 weeks have Hodsons called us to give us an update, we have had to chase them. Terrible, none existent customer service.
I belive they are just holding my wife's car so they can charge the insurance company for the crappy curtacy car she has been given. The excuses are pure lies - waiting 2 weeks for a wheel repair, nothing wrong with the wheel? The last excuses is that they are waiting for it to be cleaned, that was 4 days ago.
Please do not ever use this company.

Faultless service buying a new car from this garage and dealing with the old school gentleman that is Roy Tallam. A pleasure to deal with; an excellent salesperson without being the usual predictable pushy sort of service that instantly puts me off. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage especially if you ask for Roy.

Collected my car yesterday didn't really take that much notice with the excitement but the vallet on it was so poor inside the fuel cap was green never been cleaned and under the bonnet there were leaves and rotting vegetation (Have taken photos but can't seem to add them) the inside was so dusty the buyer experience was great but the car out the door not so

Highly recommend Hodson’s. We purchased a used Ford Fiesta. All very minor issues were dealt with promptly before purchase. The process was smooth and speedy. Brian, our salesperson, was extremely responsive, patient and helpful. Had the car inspected by our local garage. There were no faults whatsoever. Very happy with the service and our purchase.

We came to the showroom, not to buy a car, but to have work completed on our last purchase. We saw Brian who we tend to use and my wife was talk to him generally about our next car in about 1 year's time. He gave her some information and later she saw a car that was perfect for her. The price was very reasonable and the part ex was good. After leaving and thinking about it we decided it was to good to miss, we contacted Brian. Reserved the car and collected it the following week, we were in NO WAY rushed, no hard sell and could not have been more pleased with Brian and the car. Excellent service Excellent car and Excellent all round satisfaction.

This was my first car purchased for many years as I had company and PCH's cars over the years. Dealt with Mike Newton ( Sales), throughout the whole experience I found Mike to be very informative and helpful, he explained all the details without being pushy. Wanted an Automatic Phev Kuga he took us out on a test drive and explained everything thoroughly as we hadn't had an automatic before. Very pleased with my purchase overall and certainly would recommend dealing with Mike at Hodsons. Nothing to do with Hodsons but disappointed with the range of electric driving, wish I had done a little more investigation on the subject.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta ST line auto from Hodsons of Penkridge, We needed to replace our car with another Automatic as we prefere automatics,they are simple to drive. After looking around for a suitable vehicle we decided to try Hodsons of Penkridge and on their website we saw a Fiesta we liked, We sent a text and soon received a call from Mike in sales to organise a test drive. We arrived to find the car ready and waiting for us to drive.After a very comprehensive test drive we decided to purchase the car and Mike and Robert the sales manager were very friendly and efficient throughout.This is the first time I have used Hodsons and I would recomend them.

This is the second vehicle from I have bought from Hodsons and have had nothing but first class service on both occasions. Right from buying the cars and delta with both times by Charles Minors. He is not at all pushey and explains everything in great detail. I had a bit of a concern with the second vehicle but Russell Harpin along with the service team did a thorough check on the vehicle to ensure me that all is well and is functioning as it should. I have confidence in Hodsons and would definitely use them again.

The service advisor told me 75 quid they want another 144 and the hire car plus parts a total joke I will never ever use this place again and they never ring you back when they say they will only when you bollock them cos they have to I am totally disgusted with them shame on their mechanics pathetic and useless cannot do their job cos other places told me it’s easy to find

I have now collected car and yo be fair they have discounted me for the labour so I happy but would recommend auto electrician any day for electrics going forward

We went into Hodsons, we saw Mike Newton who was very informative on the Ford Pumas we were looking to purchase. While my husband was having a test drive with Mike. I asked alot of questions of the other sales personnel,who willingly answered every query I had. We bought a lovely poppy red Puma very happy.

The service was very efficient helpful and informative as this was the first time i had changed my vehicle in 19years i was a bit out touch your salesman charles minors was brilliant can't fault him

Mick Newton the salesman was exceptional very helpful and professional answered all our questions. We got a good deal part exchanging our car and we are very happy with the car we purchased car was valeted and even had some petrol in bonus. This is the third car we have had from Hodsons would definately recommend
