Having been a customer since 2018, I have been very happy with the service provided. Access has never been a problem and staff always friendly. The space is clean, easy to park and trolleys and lift makes moving boxes easy. Highly recommend.
We highly recommend Hoddesdon self storage. We had two units on the top floor that were very clean, easy to access whilst also being very secure and a great price. There is a lift and even trollies! John and Nicola were extremely helpful and even recommended removal firms. We are very grateful for their help at what was a very stressful time and would return if the need arises in the future.

I am a local Broxbourne resident who first used the storage when it opened. I have been a customer since 2017 and John and all of his employees have been nothing short of amazing. We have had to change sizes over the years due to our circumstances but Hoddesdon Self storage have always gone to the lengths and breadth to offer nothing but an exemplar service. The price that he honoured us over the years has been gratefully appreciated and second to non. The ease of use has been amazing.
We first signed up when there were no lifts which has now grown into a multi floor, service lift storage. I wish all businesses were as stand up, loyal and would offer the excellent customer service that this storage service offers.
