These people are pure scammers and criminals. I ordered Howies product that appeared to be from a real Howies European suplier site and it turned out the be 100% theft. I paid EUR 102 for the priduct I never received. Howies USA HQ confirmed to me that this is a scam site and they are trying to shut it down. I hope that the guys who runs this site "Tommy" suffers due to his unethical and criminal behaviour.

They are totally SCAMMERS. Owner lies in emails and phone and text messages.

Avoid all pages what they have.

They are not sell real products of Howie.

Avoid them with all cost.

They are not return your money what you have paid and you never see product.

Almost hundreds emails, calls and text messages. None of them not bring things any better. No money returns, no answers, nothing.

I paid order on end of November 2023 and they promised that they will send me a pdf of the puck picture layout. They never did.
After 2 months they told that they are not able to send pucks and promised to return my money.
I have asked money return now 5 months since January 2024, never have got money back.

Police have been informed about this scammer. And waiting actions.

I ordered around 4 times from this place, great selection of hockey tape! Super fast shipping! Thanks from your downstairs neighbour Denmark!

I haven't received my order in 6 months and they didn't reply to me when I send them emails about it. I had to use messenger to contact them and after replying once they decided to ignore all of my other messages. They said my order was shipped to a pickup point in Sweden, I don't live in Sweden or anywhere near there. I've spend quite a lot of money for that order since I wanted to stock up on tape. It's just really disappointing, don't buy from them.

Hockeylife.se is a fake company and you will not receive your paid order! Tommy Magnusson, CEO of the fraudulent company, wrote me about 20 emails during 7 month making promises to send me my paid items, but in 9 month I did not get all of it.
I sent my email conversation to Howies Canada to complain about hockeylife.se and that's what they wrote me back immediately: "Unfortunately it looks like you placed the order with a fraudulent/fake company that has been trying to market themselves as our brand. Unfortunately we do not have any relationship with the people at hockeylife.se, hockeylife.eu, hockeylife.de, howieshockeytape.fi, and hockeylife.dk! We apologize for the confusion with this as the only certified Howies Hockey Tape websites are howieshockeytape.com and howieshockeytape.ca.
...please share with all of your family and friends in the hockey community that hockeylife.se is not a legitimate business, and they have no association with Howies Hockey Tape."

Hockeylife.eu is a SCAM and fraudulent company. Plain and simple. Looks legit and who would think any differently?? they sell ice hockey accessories... I mean how many scammers actually exists in that industry? Well these guy happen to be #1 - congrats! I placed an order in January for pucks and some tape ... emailed +20 times and asked status and refund - took them 2 months to finally credit me back the order. In the meantime I emailed Howies in Michigan and asked them about the Hoceylife seller... they mentioned they were scammers and are actually in a lawsuit with them due to repetitively misleading and scamming their customers. So in summary... STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Get your Howies gear somewhere else with an actual authorised retailer not those crooks. Hope that's some helpful advice!

Still no money back! I would never recommend this company!

received a wrong item. Have been in dialogue with the store who keeps saying that they should probably send the right item. Now I have given up. Greetings from frustrated ex customer

In my last review of Hockeylife/Howies Hockey Tape (09-10-2020) I stated that I still had not got my money back. The situation has not changed since. I think I will share the replies from the company with you in order to make sure you do not make the same mistake as I did.

18-09-2020 - 9 days after cancellation
We have received (red: the cancellation) and will credit your order.

30-09-2020 – 21 days after cancellation
Will check with economy and get back to you. Have sent it for payment.

13-10-2020 – 34 days after cancellation
I will be back Friday 16/10 and do the credit for you.
(Jag är tillbaka på fredag 16/10 och ordnar krediten till dig.)

22-10-2020 – 43 days after cancellation
Ougth to be have done Tuesday or Wednesday. Will call economy directly.

When writing this review it has been 70 days without payment from Howies. In order words: Do not give this company Your money.

I made an order for pucks in May. 80 pucks for about 2500SEK.

I paid on May 14th, 2019 and they promised to send me a pdf of the puck picture layout. They never sent the pdf.

I asked a months later where the pucks were and they continued to say they were on the way for 2-3 months.

After 4 months I complained that I wanted my money back and they gave me my money back. There seems to be an issue with the supply chain.
