Issues with Hobdari Family Health

I was scheduled for a doctor’s appointment at Hobdari Family Health in Naples, FL. Four days before the appointment, I received a 'Confirmation Required' email, which I elected to cancel. I followed the provided link labeled 'No, I need to reschedule,' completed the required cancellation form on their portal, and successfully submitted it.
Despite following their exact protocol, I was subsequently billed a $100.00 'Missed Appt. Fee.' When I contested this, their office sent me a text message admitting fault, stating: “Your cancellation didn’t register due to a rare system glitch, but the no‑show fee has already been voided.”
Contradicting this written assurance, the office later processed an unauthorized charge of $103.00 to my debit card. When I contacted them a second time, the office staff reversed their previous admission, claimed it was my fault, and falsely asserted that I could not have canceled via the portal because I did not have access. Their claim is false because I have a time-stamped screenshot of their portal’s Bill Summary of the $100.00, which clearly displays my profile photo and name. Also, I had logged into their portal and on the Notification Settings page, opted out of all notifications except for "Appointment Reminders: Phone", which I also have a time-stamped screenshot of that again proves that I had access to their portal.
