Hobbytozen Reviews 

I wrote a review to hobbytozen 4 months ago, criticizing them of their practises and instead of getting the memo, they continue on...

I've stated in my previous review that hobbytozen decided to offer me a refund of my purchase, which is an equivalent of 2 EUR. I didn't care for the money, in fact, I've never asked for them, they offered them to me, and I accepted. Problem occured when they started demanding I leave a 5 star review in order to get my money. While not explicitly written like that, before, it always hinted to that. They've been contacting me for 4 months now, even 5, to leave them a good review (4 or 5 star one) and delete the my aformentioned review.

Recently, I recieved an email from them, again, and I quote "As mentioned earlier, we’re happy to issue a full credit of your membership fees as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge your concerns. We’re simply awaiting confirmation that your review has been removed, which is the final step required by our Payment Department to proceed with the refund.". I needn't say more. Silencing an honest opinion for your sevice is absolutely outrageous. I won't be deleting my review. I don't care about the money, in fact I rather lose them, in favour of exposing your practices.

Received an email confirming a subscription I have ever asked for. Didn't even visit the website.
Never the less I was charged 2€ in one of my debit cards. BE VERY AWARE if you get a Hobbytozen e-mail.

Bad bad bad as this company took money from my account without my consent and keep on with stories and not refunding me......I am disgusted to say the least.

At start I got some issues on the platform, but escalation team made an amazing job trying to assist me with my issue. They try to find a solution.

I have had money taken from my account, i have no idea what this is or what its for?

Bought a hoover and it wasn't actually a hoover. Some sort of raffle ticket they have sold me. Do not buy from here it's all a massive scam.

Casillas is really nice, is helping me in everything.

OK, so here is an edit. Jeremy offered his help on the condition I will write that sentence at the beginning. So I wrote it but nothing happened. I paid money for something different what I never got and never got money back. So be careful and dont ever order anything from this company. It is a fraud.
Edit again. After all I got money back. But anyhow all that business is a fraud. I paid for some product and then I kept getting messages about subscription for something I never had.
