a very bad experience
Unfortunately, I have to share a very bad experience:
I bought a fishing reel online from this shop, and they knowingly sent me a completely destroyed device—junk.
The best part: I’m still running to lawyers to get my money back!
These people are trapped in their very small world (this is how they imagine “success”!), they think everything belongs to them and they respect nothing: neither customers, nor laws, nor business ethics. Nothing. They are not scammers; they are BLIND. Their behavior is also semi-savage, with a rustic veneer of service that probably hides the deception.
They don’t hesitate to get into a dispute with their customer (the one to whom they knowingly sold a useless product)—not only (as one might reasonably suspect) to keep the legally required compensation they owe, but mainly because they are terrified of their own actions and the consequences. They are BLIND. Childish behavior from deeply irresponsible people who, instead of taking responsibility, shirk it .
If you are serious people and you respect and love what you do—whether fishing or hunting—you should definitely avoid them.
P.S. From what I just saw, they have done it again! Apparently, they don’t like anyone who doesn’t live in the same city block! They also blame (as in my case) ELTA courier! …and if you do it once, you’ll do it a second time, and a third… Unfortunately for this shop: deeper and deeper, more and more dangerous. The Chamber of Commerce of Karditsa should take up their case (I will not file a complaint, nor will I file a lawsuit for fraud over €260!), because they cause harm not only to others, but also to themselves; they also defame Karditsa. Because they are BLIND.
