Hobbycrafts Costumer support service

I ordered 3 products from hobbycrafts website and I received 2 of them less than two weeks. But I didn't receive my third parcel on time. The costumer support team of the company helped me very much to solve my problem. They have great service. Thanks a lot

I didn't like when ya'll upgrade me to

I didn't like when ya'll upgrade me to V.I.P and I didn't ask for it.
But what I like about your company that ya'll took care of the problem very quickly
So I will do business with ya'll in the near future because I see that you do take care of your customer.Thank you.
