Hobbilaunch 

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. I ordered a blanket back on October 19, 2018. I received an email stating the quilt was in production on October 27, 2018. I received another email on November 23, 2018, letting me know my package was on its way. I just received the package on December 17, 2018. It is a very thin, very light blanket, NOT a quilt. Hobbilaunch has taken a picture of the original quilt I thought I was getting and printed it out on fabric. The original one I saw on their website was made by someone else entirely. Hobbilaunch has stolen the image. They took very thin batting and crappy fabric for the other side and it's sewn together to make it look like the picture. Because it's a picture, some of the images on the blanket are blurry. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I don't know if anyone recalls seeing Hobbilaunch when you first ordered or even viewed the website, but I distinctly remembering reading about a farm in Canada with their own sheep. The "quilts" are made from the wool from these sheep. Really nice story about the owners of the website, etc. I wish I would have screenshot those pages now. I've tried to contact Hobbilaunch several times with no responses whatsoever. When I called DHL to find out where the package was, the customer service person verified the package was coming from China. I thought I was getting this hand made quilt from Canada. I had no idea this website was a total SCAM. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM HOBBILAUNCH!!!

I ordered 2 cat blankets Sept.21,2018 from ad on FB. In Nov, I complained to PayPal I had not received my order. Suddenly I got a parcel with 2 Dallas Cowboys blankets. I immediately emailed seller of the mistake (many times) and only receive computer generated responses. I requested PayPal reverse my payment to this scammer. The only way they would do this is if I pay to mail them back to China and seller advises he received them. I don't trust him. he claims to be based in the US but has a fake address and the phone number is 'not in service'. I complained to PayPal that their 'protection policy' only protects lying scuzz balls. Good luck trying to contact them - they only answer to PayPal to get their money.

Ordered a quilt for a client gift. Order says it shipped in the beginning of December but tracking number info wasn't loaded and package has never arrived. They're unreachable. Their email bounced back. Definitely will be disputing the charge.

Same as the other reviews. Had to keep emailing them after no response from them I began the process of trying to get my money back and low and behold I get a package. It is in no shape or form a quilt. It is 2 pieces of fabric sewn together that has a quilt design printed on it and a tag on it with a different company label on it. (Crown Bedding). It is also not the right size that I ordered. Not worth 65$ I want my money back. Total scam.

I ordered a "quilt" on October 14 and received it yesterday, December 15. At one point, I had accepted that I wasn't going to get anything, and then I saw online people saying that they did finally receive something So I did receive it. It is the design I ordered, and it's very large, but the quality is nothing like what I expected. It's not a quilt, it's a thin blanket with a design printed on one side. It's not worth the sixty dollars I paid for it, more like twenty or twenty five dollars. The website just gave the impression it was something better, and then you go by price---you expect something nice for sixty dollars. This isn't a "scam" in the sense of paying money and getting nothing, but it ships from China and so will take a LONG time, and then the items are way overpriced and you will be disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Ordered a blanket, waited two months and I received the wrong blanket. I received an Alabama blanket and I ordered A Girl and Her Horse for a Christmas present. Sent two emails, both came back undeliverable. Contacted them through the website...nothing.

Total scam ! Waited for ages for my cat blanket. Got an email from them saying it would come, finally got a blanket but not the one i ordered! I cant even give it away, its covered with things about Oaklahoma. Never been there, never will. Im a UK resident. Ive tried contacting them repeatedly but to no avail. Dont buy anything from them.

I’m so annoyed. I ordered in beginning of October, found out i was moving soon. I tried emailing them to update a mailing address and I got an automated response, I tried replying again asking for a real person or phone number to call. Got the same auto email response. It is now December 13th and I have not received my item. I checked my DHL tracking number they sent me and it’s saying my package cannot be found. I’m so upset with this company, and won’t be ordering ever again. About to dispute the charge.

I finally received my "quilt" yesterday after months of waiting. When I saw the size of the bag I couldn't believe this was the item I ordered, which was king size. When I opened it up I was so mad. The product looked nothing like the picture. Although, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who actually received a product and the product did have what I ordered on it, but it was a piece of crap. I could've made a better product! I just tried to call the number and it's no longer in service. This company/website is a scam. If anyone is looking to file a class action lawsuit, count me in!

I ordered 4 quilts the beginning of September. I received an email that they would be delayed. Everytime, I emailed an automated response came back. I contacted PayPal and disputed the transaction, they sent a tracking number but it was for someone else. I sent that info to PayPal and I was given my money back. I did receive 2 poorly made bee blankets, not the cat quilts i ordered. I'm glad the website is down, these thieves need to be in jail.

Same EXACT thing as all the others! Purchased 2 blankets and received all the order confirmation stuff and everything you'd expect. Of course 2 months later the tracking info doesn't work and only 1 of the 2 blankets showed up. The blanket wasn't bad per say but I paid for 2 and only received 1. I have reached out several times and like all the others received a few responses from Lily that were LIES and then she stopped responding entirely. Such a scam. Such a rip off! Do NOT do business with these people under any circumstance! I've never been ripped off like this, NEVER!

Looks like I got away lucky. I wouldn't be on a review site if I wasn't thinking of purchasing another bedspread from them. Ordered 10/20/18 arrived 12/5/18. It was advertised as a "blanket" and really a cloth bedspread, but I'd figured that from the photo so wasn't surprised. The bedspread wasn't as vibrant as the photo on line, but still nice. I was back on their site today to compare the real thing to their ad to see if I wanted to order a couple others I'd liked. I'd only bought one as their site seemed new and sketchy and well ..... I just wasn't confident I'd get anything. And today I see their site isn't working, no content. So I was googling to see if I could find out anything .... and ... well here I am.

I ordered 2 blankets at the end of September. Finally got a shipment confirmation a few weeks later. Then the link quit working and I no longer had an order on the site. I actually did get a response from Lily Ellis support and they answered questions about five different times. They told me that they had a technical issue and issued me new tracking numbers. One came shortly after that. It's not as nice as the picture shows because it's basically a print and not actually a quilt. I've been using it though. The other one finally came today and was supposed to be a gift for my in laws. Unfortunately, it was the same quilt as I had already received and not the one I wanted to gift. Now I can't send replies to Lily Ellis because that domain isn't available. Hhhmm, imagine that! Not sure if I can get my money back for the one since I did receive something but not happy with this new set of events. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt up until about 20 minutes ago.

Every single one of these reviews is correct. I waited over two months and received a "quilt" that was nowhere near what I ordered. They are impossible to contact and I'm afraid I'm SOL. Never, ever purchase from this "company."

After waiting forever I finally received my 2 quilts for my granddaughters as a very special keepsake . Opened them up and so much disappointment. Neither of them was the quilts that I ordered. One was at least the right animal the other was supposed to be a unicorn and they sent this dragonfly which was ugly to say the least. Never order from them, they should be shut down. I haven't heard a word from them.

Pretty much the same as the others - I have been scammed. Sure wish I would have seen these reviews earlier, too. Ordered two blankets back in October, got the order confirmation right away. Two weeks later I got some email saying my order was inn production process. Started tracking the order, and then the link to track didn't work, emails got bounced back. I went to their site, did the "Contact Us" thing, and got jerked around some more. I was getting updates that said the package was in delivery process, had arrived at the USPS facility, supposed to be out for delivery. Then get a notice that it couldn't be delivered because it didn't have a street address - b.s.! I got my money credited back to my credit card, and if my blankets had been delivered, I intended on notifying the credit card company to process the charge again, but only if satisfied with the blankets. From what I have read, sounds like I would not have been. It would have been at least two months before I would have allowed the purchase to go thru, since that is how long I waited. It blows my mind that these people are just absolute, no good, sleazy scam artist crooks! They can go to hell as far as I am concerned.

I have been waiting for weeks for a return reply to ANY email. The phone number they offer is OUT OF SERVICE. They certainly took my money but have yet to send ANYTHING and its been over a month. The emails I originally sent came back as undeliverable. I used the confirmation email from gmail and still NOTHING. Nothing from hobbilaunch about the status of my order or where it is.

Ordered firefighter quilt for my son in Sept. Received crap Mickey Mouse "quilt". Should have paid with Amex. Now waiting to get credit card company to credit my account. Emails got spit back seconds after sending. Left messages on website and then tried to call. Disconnected number. This is the first time I got burned. Never again

I made a purchase $106.00 USD and 3 months later still not delivery. My emails were bounced back as well. The good news is.... I paid by credit card to PayPal so I contacted PayPal. The reached out to the seller and when they also didn't get a response, they credited me back in full. Contact PayPal or your credit card company and you can likely recover your money. I definitely learned my lesion and will do better research on companies before purchasing!

Order a comforter in September, I still have no comforter. Same story as everyone else. Back and forth tracking and emails then they bounce back now. I've sent one telling them to just refund my money, there is no excuse. I paid for a product 3 months ago and still have no product and from what I'm reading from everyone else, it will be a crappy product when and if it gets here. Of course there is no response to my message about refunding me.
