Advarsel – useriøst firma og skjulte vilkår

Jeg vil på det sterkeste fraråde å bruke HMSpass AS (byggekort.no). De fremstår som en offisiell aktør, men tar over 1000 kroner for et HMS-kort som egentlig koster under 200 kroner hvis du bestiller det direkte fra Arbeidstilsynet.

Vilkårene deres er godt skjult på nettsiden, og bestillingen blir bindende med en gang man klikker "Bestill" – uten angrefrist eller refusjon, uansett om kortet blir utstedt eller ikke. Dette er villedende markedsføring og virker som en bevisst forretningsmodell for å tjene på folks uvitenhet.

Styr unna – jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste å bestille direkte via Arbeidstilsynet og ikke bruke denne mellommannen.

Hold deg unna!
Ba kun om informasjon om HMS-kort, men ble likevel sendt faktura uten å ha bestilt noe som helst. Har aldri sendt bilde eller bekreftet bestilling. Useriøst og villedende – dette lukter svindel. Anmeldt til Forbrukertilsynet.
