I did not receive my item.The tracking showed it as been delivered. HKbrand then said it had been lost and did nothing about it! They then contacted me ,after leaving negative feedback, to say they would refund my payment only if I removed the negative feedback .
To date no replacement sent and no refund ,just a threat to remove the feedback.
