I bought 2 Joyriders in 2023. Bikes have 6-700 miles on them and worked flawlessly. April of 2026 one bikes display quit working. Contacted HJM and told them I was leaving with the disabled bikes to our summer home towards the end of April and would like a response to this issue ASAP. through my own perseverance AND NO constructive assistance for diagnosis I found the issue . Then the second bikes display quit working however the bike was always on and in assist #5. They said to disconnect immediately as this was dangerous. Also informed me they would get back to me with availability and cost for two new displays. It is now May 1st 2026 and no response despite me calling and emailing every week. I would suggest buying a different brand ONLY BECAUSE OF THERE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
