Worst customers service this company does not honor contractual agreement the take your money easy fast and shipping of items is a mystery the keep your money and no tracking of goods no accountability

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. The product is poor quality and I asked for a refund. The customer service answered after weeks and didn’t wanna give my money back. Instead they offered a discount for my next purchase hahaha. I will 100%never buy again in this shop.
Bad products, bad customer service - be careful !!

Frauds! Don’t waste your money or they’ll just steal it!

Fraud! They take your money and run! Do not be tempted because there is no product that you will ever receive! I wrote to them over 15 times via email to which I get a response of they are checking into it. I keep demanding my money back. One time they then sent me a fake shipping “receipt” which had no tracking number or any info on it. Proof again they’re a bunch of frauds! For all the money they’ve stolen, may they choke on every penny.

Should have read the reviews first

Should have read the reviews first. Wow. Ordered a phone case 6 weeks ago. Charged card immediately and have yet to see product. “Waiting to be picked up by USPS” message for 3 weeks now in tracker. Customer support responded (1 of 5 attempts for a refund) please wait a little longer. RUN!

I warn you/ don't buy anything from them!

I ordered shoes March 31, 2020. After a month of tracking it was canceled and I didn't receive any information from them. I wrote to them, they were surprised that I did not receive an e-mail. They sent the package again. The shoes came after two weeks. Of course, they looked completely different than in the picture - they were not made of leather, just some cheap plastic and stinked glue. Money thrown down the drain.
Edit: I sent 8 emails to them, asking for a refund (they have it in the regulations themselves) and the address to which I should send the parcel, they ignored me, they didn't tell me. It turned out that the photos they have on the page are on many different pages. I will inform my consumer ombudsman and let them pursue them as a warning to all buyers. I paid $ 39.99 for a good that is worth a maximum of $ 5. My fault for being fooled, but I'll be publicizing it wherever I can!
Never, nidgy buy anything from them, because you will get the worst good for too much money.
Edit 2: imagine that after writing many e-mails that I want a refund due to the fact that the goods do not look like the picture in the offer, they wrote back to me that the shoes look good and many people buy them and are satisfied.
Once again I warn you - don't buy anything from them!
Edit 3: The situation is developing: after another exchange of e-mails they offered me a refund of $ 3. Can you imagine insolence? They still didn't give the address to return those miserable plastic shoes that were supposed to be leather.
Edit 4: Today they sent me back to their next site kaaum.com, offering a discount. I warn you - do not buy anything there, because this is their next installment in which they catch naive people.

Hizada: not ready for prime time

I ordered some shoes based on a banner ad that I saw on some web page I visited. I liked the way the shoes looked, so I decided to take a chance. I paid via PayPal, which is not unusual for a website that isn't well known, so that didn't raise a red flag.

What raised a red flag was the immediate charge on my card, and no indication of when the item would ship. I expect a legitimate web store to defer the charge until the order ships, but I decided to give it some time.

A week later, with still no indication of when the order would ship, and after finding this page, I decided to cancel. So I contacted both my credit card and Hizada to cancel the order. As expected, the credit card immediately credited my account an opened an investigation.

Hizada was another matter. They were responsive, but it took about 5 or 6 e-mail messages to cancel the order and get a refund. A legitimate web store would handle this with one transaction. That said, they did eventually refund.

My advice: avoid this store until you see some reviews that indicate that they

* don't charge until they ship
* handle cancel and refund in a single transaction
* ship a quality product

At this time, I can't say this this web store does any of the above, so I say: stay away.

I ordered a phone case over a month ago and I have yet to get a tracking number that actually works. Next I am going to reach out to my credit card company and reverse the charges because these ppl are crooks.

Worse than 0!stars! Buyer Beware! Like others I ordered these leather ankle boots based upon the picture and description. After they did not arrive for nearly 2 months. I tried to cancel my order but they would not let me cancel. The boots arrived several weeks later in a padded manilla envelope from an address in China! Can you imagine what type of boots would fit in an envelope! Upon opening the chemical oder was so strong I didn’t want to open the plastic bag they were in. These are beyond garbage. I think I may have to dispose if them as hazardous waste. There is no return info and I tried via email to get my money back, but they said that it was over a month since my purchase and refunds were no longer available. This company is a scam and I have reported them to the Federal Fraud office. I encourage others to do the same.

I ordered a pair of shoes from…

I ordered a pair of shoes from Hizada.com in September 2019 that were advertised as "leather"(I have the receipt to prove it). Upon arrival, the shoes were obviously NOT leather and I contacted the company for a refund, which they refused - they offered a discount, if I wanted to buy another pair. Amazingly, the same shoes are now advertised (11/25/19) on their website as: Upper Material: PU. Not only does the company engage in false advertising, the quality of the shoes look nothing like the photo on their website, moreover, they sent the wrong size. I ordered women's 9.5 and the shoes I received fit my husband's size 10 foot. This company is unethical, unprincipled, and dishonest.

The shoes are very cheap

The shoes are very cheap, poor quality material. They are just cheap plastic that looks like leather. Very thin, flimsy shoes. Also, they do not accept returns. Avoid this brand.
