Only just started to deal with this company, so only had two separate orders.
What a service, a great easy website to navigate, very good prices and fast delivery. Thank you

You may think you are getting a bargain…if you are prepared for a long wait

You may think you are getting a bargain but what you see on the website is not in stock the majority of the time and then you have a hell of a wait on your hands. I'm still waiting for one missing item from December. You receive your order with no mention of the "missing" item(s) unless you email them, only to be told that it is out of stock! Not a good way to conduct business and unfortunately this is at least the third time this has happened to me. Not again, be warned. Update @ 16/2/19 still not in stock!!

Poor customer service

Placed an order with this company and after two weeks of not receiving tried to contact them. Sent three emails with no response. Eventually had a reply telling me to have some patience as they were extremely busy. They said they had sent the item the day before (strangely that that was when I sent the emails). It's funny that they can send marketing emails nearly every day but cannot spend less than a minute to advise a customer if there is a delay. Would not order from this company again.

Never responded to my inquiries but money was withdrawn

I bought 2 puzzles and never received a confirmation email. After 10 days I sent an inquiry to customer services but never received a response. I called after 14 days and it turned out they were out of stock. The man I talked to was extremely rude, did not apologise and hung up on me when I complained about their customer service.

Lack of communication

I received only part of my order. There was no delivery note in the package or anything to tell me why the rest of my order was not there. I emailed and got a reply that they were waiting for the cutting dies from the manufacturer.
They dies were marked as in stock when ordered and are still marked as such even now.

There is never any information sent when items are dispatched either.

Ths company sells things at a good price, but their lack of communication lets them down.

Horrible experience!

They send incomplete orders without receipts, also without a note about the missing item, and when contacting them about it, they ban you, and refund your order.
Shame on you, costumers are not obliged to make an account to track their orders, you need to take in consideration this fact, and a receipt is a must unless you add a polite note!
