Very bad experience

Very bad experience with the Croatian representative of HIXA GmbH – a
I bought a mechatronic unit that was claimed to be tested and fully functional, but it was faulty right after installation.
I sent it back for warranty repair, waited for weeks, and received another faulty unit.
In the end, I had to replace it with a different one, and only then the car worked properly.
Their customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Lost over two months and money because of this.
Would not recommend – avoid if you want honest and reliable service.

Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we are currently unable to identify this case or confirm any business relationship with you. We also do not have a representative office in Croatia at this time.

In our standard process, all mechatronic units are thoroughly tested before delivery. In case of any issues, we always offer warranty replacement within one year or, if requested, an additional paid test on our test vehicle with full parameter verification and video documentation.

If you have purchased a part from us and believe it to be defective, we kindly ask you to contact us directly, provide an invoice or order details, and we will of course review the case and offer a warranty replacement or diagnostic solution if applicable. You are also welcome to bring the part or the vehicle to our location for inspection.

We remain open to resolving any verified issue in a fair and professional manner and invite you to contact us directly so we can assist you properly.
