While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scam website, doesn't pay for all surveys and blocks accounts who ask questions, do not trust
They used to be good with low cash out and always paid with no probs. Now I still get invited to many surveys but they ask too many questions THEN I don't qualify for the survey. Why do some of these survey sites like to waste peoples time?
Dont waste your time , i redeemed points but never received reward and they never reply to you .its a total scam , should be shut down
More security check questions then actual survey questions. redirect redirect redirect redirect redirect redirect to a survey that doesn't exist.
I have tried to convert the ”points” you get from completing to paypal cash several times. They haven’t arrived several months later. Contacted customer support several times, first time months ago. No answer yet. I have been scammed off hundreds of dollars by this company.
As other comments. Suddenly you try and convert points to paypal payment and NO payment after 2 weeks. No contact email now available on their site. Whats going on, they used to be OK (bit long to earn anything, but everything helps). Now nowhere to chase them to. Yet another survey site that has gone down the drain for us silly enough to trust them.
I collected over 12,000 points. Contacted them in August for an update on my reward. No reply back, cannot contact them through their site. Was impressed at first when joined. Disappointing now!!
One of the worst Survey panels there is. Every time you reach the 4000 point threshold you can convert to £4 Paypal but don't expect to get it unless you send an email to complain. Until recently this tedious method worked and I received a few payments but now they no longer reply to messages and have conveniently added a "1 expected reply" to the last message so that you cannot send more than one message. Their Facebook page also appears to have been inactive for a long time. Of course they still send out multiple surveys per day but I do not bother with them anymore. Don't waste your time with Hiving, there are much better panels out there for honest people who only ask that they be compensated for their time.
I have been doing surveys for Hiving now since 26 Sep 2016. During that time, I received payouts (4000 pts =£4) 3 times. It was a lot but it was steady, 2 to 3 surveys per day. UNTIL, July of this year. On 2 Jul 2017 I redeemed my 4000 points and was told (as usual) I would get the payment within 4 weeks. On 10 Aug 2017 I sent them a message on their 'Contact Us' section asking when I would be receiving my payment (after all in this day and age every £4 helps) On 20 Aug 2017 after receiving no reply OR payment I went to the Contact Us section and low and behold, there is no way to send a message anymore! Yet everyday I keep getting survey invitations, which of course I ignore. As it is, I already have 2500 points that I won't be getting payment for on top of the 4000 I am still waiting for!!!
