While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Logged in once to give it a try and they haven't stopped spamming me. At least one email per day and they even called me on the phone to try to get me to keep using their product. Don't give them your information.

Terrible Customer Service Processes

Worst cancellation, deactivation process I have ever encountered. I started a chat when I was unable to find any instructions on their website on how to cancel. The agent ensured me that they would email me and copy a customer service rep who would assist me in cancelling. I had to follow up numerous times before they finally sent an email asking to schedule a call. I refused and requested to cancel, so then they sent me an email with "instructions" which was just another request that takes another customer service rep to reach out to confirm. I asked repeatedly for them to back date the cancellation to when I first requested and they refused. Highly recommend steering clear of this service. Not worth all the trouble.
