Best pharmacy I have ever used! All of the staff are friendly, competent, and go above and beyond to help. I have left other pharmacies crying before because the staff are rude, have zero empathy, and are incompetent. I will never go to another pharmacy.
One example of how they go above and beyond is on an occasion where the GP forgot to submit a medication I badly needed. I had to call the practice more than once to get them to send the prescription. Because the Hive Pharmacy knew I needed the medication, they delivered it to me within the hour.

I always have problems trying to get prednisone suppositories and thankfully I don't need them very often. Hive sorted them for me very quickly and easily. Staines locals, you are blessed to have these people on your doorstep. Wonderful service.

Product not arrived ordered on 14th feb, no response to 1st email/communication sent on 17th.
Filled out a form yesterday asking about my order via website as no direct number available, lets see when i get a response or what the update is...
Subsequent to this review had a call explaining the product is unavailable and a refund is being processed. Unfortunately the website isn't able to discern availability of some product lines.
After further discussions i see the company clearly cares about providing the best service they can as i had further call explaining the situation and suggestions that might help me, which was considerate. Will be ordering again in future.

just a quick reply about hive pharmacy had a problem with part of order missing emailed a few times no response however after complaint on trust pilot very nice guy contacted me and explained the situation missing order arrived next day as promised and a good will gesture refund. Masks are top class would use again despite hickup.

So lucky I found this pharmacy as they were able to get hold of an antibiotic that has been discontinued in the UK. They were very informative of how they are able to get hold of medications that are unavailable here which is good. It's so hard to find such personalised customer service these days. They went out of their way to get my meds sent to me as soon as possible which I really appreciate, and this was right before Christmas as well. I feel that I can trust Hive Pharmacy to get hold of 'hard to find' medications in future, should I ever need them. Thank you Kay and Dipali for your excellent service!

I had a really positive experience with Hive pharmacy, after ordering non valve FFP3 masks for an upcoming holiday. The masks were high quality, breathable and comfortable (as a key worker who has tried many masks I can attest to the quality). I happily used them for 8 hours without discomfort. Kay and Dee who handled my order were helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer outstanding queries and hand delivered my masks to ensure the items would be delivered in time for my flight. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again for future purchases.

Made an order on the 29th DEC, expecting my delivery on the 30th DEC as it was next working day delivery.
Although I know that delivery services are subject to changes, and also that Royal Mail is operating as normal because I checked, it seems that I have been deceived regarding the delivery service that Hive is providing their clients with.
Customer service got back to me after I have requested information about my order, telling me that Royal Mail is not working on the 31st and that they don't even have my products in stock, although I have paid for my products.
I believe it's slightly shady to have customers ordering and paying for products that are not in stock, detail that should have been displayed on the website.
I believe that your approach was correct, although, whatever the situation would have been and if the situation could have been corrected, it could have been discussed via e-mail too.
I am furthermore disappointed by how this was ''resoled'' as I asked for an update about my order, but have received instead a cancelled order, which I did not even consider in the first place - I believe every business owner has the right not to serve a troublesome customer like me (as I had the right to receive my order on time).
I understand your frustration, as I myself have worked in customer service and is indeed very difficult to please everyone.
My main frustration on the other had was that I was lied to regarding RM services which were operating on the 31st, instead of an honest explanation.
Please do not leave customers with the impression that I was unreasonable when I expressed my experience and Hive has made the decision to cancel my order on its own.

Excellent transaction with fast delivery. The masks are exactly as described and are very well made. The ear loops are comfortable and securely fitted to the mask, so they won't come adrift. Will definitely buy again from this company.

This was originally a one star review (original text below) but I have changed the rating because very shortly after posting it I had a reply from a gentleman called Kay who I then spoke to on the telephone. He apologised for the lack of response caused by a Covid / Christmas workload combination and he sent the missing pack of facemasks immediately which I received this morning. Thank you Kay, your prompt response to sort this out was much appreciated.

Ordered two packs of FFP2 facemasks, only one pack was delivered but the two were charged for so I am one pack short. December 14th filled in the "contact" form on their website telling them about this missing pack of facemasks and giving all details but no response. December 17th sent an email to the "hello" email address on their website repeating all the details but still no response. December 22nd filled in the "complaints/feedback" form on their website but still absolutely no response.

Ordered freestyle libre 2 on 19th December. Initially concerned as I hadn’t heard anything and wanted the libre before Christmas. After using a variety of ways of communicating. Thankfully managed to speak to the pharmacist/partner.
A nice women, who was very reassuring and apologetic. After receiving an explanation the company is obviously trying to cope with Christmas demand and having a bad time due to sickness.
A conscientious and caring business that values it’s customers. Thank you Hive pharmacy for calling. Definitely feel reassured.

My order was short delivered, once I reported it I received an email back to say that a mistake had been made and the balance of the order would be sent out, that was the 9th Dec.
