NOT a genuine company, do not use!!!

Ordered something and paid £125 for it on 22nd Feb. 3 weeks on and I’m still waiting. I’ve sent several emails and made a complaint, and tried calling with no answer, and as of yet nobody has come back to me. Absolutely shocking excuse for any company let alone a pharmacy.

Subscription?? NOT

£25 a week subscription, total waste of time.
£175 later i cancelled! ordered libre 2 as they suggest, that arrived no problem, this finished two weeks later.
But that was it... Nothing! sent emails unanswered.
Now going chargeback route to recover money as they still haven't contacted me.
Shocking service.

Ordered a libre lite sensor NOT RECEIVED

Ordered a libre lite sensor. Not received it. No response to my email. Wish l had check trustpilot earlier. They have form for not sending orders. UPDATE received the sensor today 11 days after ordering. There web page says next day delivery. Not a scam company but poor customer service, no communication. I would not recommend diabetics to use them. Fortunately l had a long run in time till needed but this company does not respond to urgent need. Had bought another sensor from freestyle web page and expressed it. Overall wasted money because of their poor service.

Please avoid this pharmacy

Please avoid this pharmacy. I ordered Libre Sensors urgently needed. Received an order confirmation but no communication since - and of course no sensors. This is medical equipment that someone's health, wellbeing and life depends on - not to mention it's very expensive. Had to order online due to an issue with the prescription after changing GPs/diabetic team.
Emails to this pharmacy bounce back and I've also tried calling the number "Kay" has left on multiple reviews below.
This pharmacy is definitely a scam and I urge anyone reading this to not risk ordering from them!
I was able to get my money back by opening a dispute with my bank.

Do not order from this pharmacy!!

Do not order from this pharmacy!!! Ordered 3 weeks ago on 24 hr tracked postage. They do not send tracking number and do not reply to the email address for order/delivery queries. When I called the pharmacy, a very rude woman said and I quote “it’s Christmas and there are postal strikes”. So why offer a tracked 24 hr service if you cannot deliver! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Can only echo what others are saying !
Placed an order on the 19th Dec on a 24 hour next day delivery. Still waiting for delivery ! No phone number available only email to somebody called Kay. Have sent several emails but no response. Called the Hive pharmacy - no answer ! Simply shocking service.
Suggestion - please allow 0 star or even negative stars as a rating. Would be put to use on this company for sure !

Dangerously poor service | AVOID

I ordered a medication I desperately needed and paid for next day delivery, I only ordered with hive because they promised next day shipping which I paid an additional cost for and guaranteed it to be in stock.

I was told that if I discontinued it suddenly I was at a high risk of seizure and was on my last tablet. I could have been looking elsewhere while waiting for my Hive order.

It has now been 3 weeks, I have not seen any sign of the medication arriving and noone has replied to my half dozen emails. To add insult to injury, I do not have unlimited funds to spend on my medication and they left me nearly £100 short over Christmas, that is nearly £100 I could have used in my pocket trying to pay for Christmas or when the cold snap started. Instead I spent 3 weeks waiting and pleading over emails that were never answered.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They have not sent my order and wont reply to whats app messenger and sent 2 emails and 2 online enquire forms and no reply from any of them . They should not have a trust pilot review as high as it is.

I ordered some masks im August

I ordered some masks im August, they were returned to sender by the post office. I have still yet to receive a refund.
I tried many times to contact give via there contact page where you fill in a proforma with your problem and contact details, no response was received. I then called the number on the receipt, again no response. I called the other number NHS contact line, this was answered the lady said she would check with the share house to see if it had been received and would call me back. No return called was received. I tried this line again a week later and spoke to Sharon she gave me the parcel tracking number and I was able to prove the masks had been returned to Hive. She asked me to e. Mail the Royal Mail tracking information and she would sort out a refund. Nearly two weeks later still no refund received.

Avoid!

Order hasn’t arrived, and attempts to contact the pharmacy have been unsuccessful. Email address on the invoice just bounces back. Avoid!

Placed an order over a week ago paid for 24 tracked delivery with Royal mail not received my items emailed kay emails are bouncing back customer service is awful no one will answer you I've had to contact my credit card to see if i can be refunded avoid

A disappointing experience

Ordered & paid for FFP3 face masks on 26 July 2022, they were an in stock item & supposed to be dispatched straight away, they never arrived, I phoned HIVE, many times & explained they had not arrived & each time I was promised it would be sorted and it wasn't, finally 7 weeks later I had to ask for a refund as I was obviously never going to receive my item.
My money was refunded on the day I requested it.

A shockingly bad online service

I've had a subscription for Freestyle Libre sensor for over a month, made 5 payments and not received a single one. No communications about delays, no apologies, nothing. My last sensor (bought from a different supplier) ran out yesterday and I don't have any others. There is no way to contact the team dealing with this, only a phone number for an actual pharmacy (it would appear) who have nothing to do with the online service or the dispatching. There's no way to cancel the order online, and no way to communicate with the back office team dealing with any of it.

Seriously, if you want to run an online service, do it properly. This is absolute rubbish.

Ordered a medical product which needed…

Ordered a medical product which needed urgently, have chased them 3 times and heard nothing. Over a week since ordering and still not even dispatched.

Now chasing them for a refund, will have to get bank involved as can't see how I will get a response. Shockingly bad for a pharmacy of all places, avoid at all costs is my advice.
