HitPaw 

Hitpaw is a great software. I am using it regularly and the results are fabulous. The AI features are too good and the user interface is also neat. And on top of that the support team is really fantastic. They are extremely helpful and usually respond within few hours. I am glad I chose Hitpaw. It was a right decision. I will definitely give 5 star rating to Hitpaw.

My experience with this developer and program has been overwhelmingly positive. Nothing is ever perfect, and there will always be bugs/issues with any program no matter who it comes from, but these guys work hard to get it done right and I really appreciate it.

I installed this software expecting a fast, reliable solution, but it turned out to be extremely slow on a modern laptop. Simple tasks took over 35 minutes for 35seconds 1080p.

It honestly feels like the desktop app is made to push users toward their paid cloud solution, since performance is so bad it’s practically unusable.

Requesting a refund is nearly impossible, they just keep replying with the same scripted emails and refuse to process it quickly, even if you ask right away. What’s worse, they ask customers to send private videos as “proof,” which is completely unreasonable for a serious company.

I would not recommend this product. There are far better and faster alternatives available.

We have been using HitPaw for some time and like the results it delivers in improving our old photos.

I usually do lots of thumbnails for streams and uploads. It got just too expensive to keep paying someone to do thumbnails for me. Things add up and eventually I started looking for different programs to help. There are a lot of options , not many I understand but I just press buttons and see what happens. Some results have had a very awesome effect on pictures. There is always a noticeable difference in better quality even if it’s just slightly. You can also use hitpaw fotorpea to restore colour to black and white photos. One of my cousins passed away in a drowning accident. I took a picture of him from my yearbook which had no colour . Then I uploaded it and enhanced it with the software . I sent it to his dad so his family can frame it and have a older picture of my cousin

I used my second email address when I ordered a refill of 400 Credits for my valid HitPaw FotorPea account. I contacted HitPaw Support, explained what I did, and asked them to either refund the mistaken purchase or transfer the 400 credits I bought using the wrong email address to the email address associated with my registered account. Quinn replied rapidly and let me know the 400 Credits had been transferred rather than refunded. I logged in and clearly saw that the 400 Credits were available on the registered account.

This program is designed to be easy to use, even for beginners. Therefore, I feel confident I'll be able to fully utilize it.

I bought Hitpaw screen recorder program, it is very easy to use and it has many functions such as timer, scheduled recording feature that other recorder program don't have.
And its price is very reasonable comparing to other product.

I downloaded HitPaw VicPea to improve the video quality of older-type videos about the work my Research Institute is doing, as well as older-type videos we had taken of my wife's dances (professional dancer) in many theatres around the world.
