Recommend ?

I found the site on the web and the product I wished to buy was on sale so I wanted to buy it. I looked on Trust Pilot as it is my go to website for verification and there was nothing there. I then went to Scam advisor who did not recommend them. I felt they were a proper business so looked into it a bit further and found them both on the company registration site, Milwakee NZ dealer and a Google map street view retail outlet picture so felt confident it was a bonified company. But after the purchase was worried as there was no communication for several days and ringing there was no reply. After a few days tho NZ post sent a delivery notification and as of yesterday it arrived. Do I recommend them ?
