Before ordering, I specifically asked if there were any problems delivering to Ireland, was told they had a 90% success rate. Fast forward 4 weeks after placing the order, my package gets held up, returned to sender, and I’m stuck waiting another week for a refund.
To be fair, they processed the refund once it arrived back, but they deducted shipping and random fees, so I still lost money on something I never received.
Definitely a waste of time. If you're in Ireland or a similar country, think twice.

First of all, we would like to express our sincere regret that your order was returned to us.
We see that your initial inquiry was made on March 14, where you asked whether there would be any issues delivering to Ireland. We informed you, after checking all our previous shipments to Ireland, that we have a 90% successful delivery rate, which remains accurate today. However, we also clearly stated — which you unfortunately did not include in your public comment — that there is always a 10% risk of issues at customs with these types of products. These are not local deliveries, but international shipments, and each country has its own customs regulations. No company in the world can offer a 100% delivery guarantee. A 90% success rate is considered very high for international tobacco shipments, and many of our Irish customers continue to order from us regularly.
We also see that you created your account on our website on May 20, and placed order #HCJP1938818925 the same day. Your order was shipped internationally on May 23 and arrived in Ireland on June 5, when customs clearance procedures began. As customs processing times vary by country and are completely out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for how long this process takes. We are merely the sender.
After 12 days at Irish customs, your parcel was marked “Return to Sender” and sent back to us. As such, there was no 4-week delay at customs as claimed. The return was completed and received by us on June 19.
Before placing your order, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, just like all our customers. Since your package was returned, we processed a partial refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which is publicly available on our site. Shipping fees, payment provider charges, and refund fees were deducted as clearly outlined. These were not random deductions, and a detailed breakdown of these fees was also sent to you via email.
For context, we have many regular customers in Ireland, and our 90% delivery success rate continues. However, it is ultimately each customer’s responsibility to be aware of their own country’s customs regulations when ordering tobacco products from abroad. There was no misinformation or misconduct on our part. As a company operating in the tobacco industry since 2010, we have no need for misleading practices.
Nonetheless, we sincerely thank you for your order and your interest in our service.

At first, I was worried about ordering cigarettes because I wasn’t familiar with the rules in my country about how many I could order. Luckily, everything went well, and the insurance helped ensure that the product arrived just in time. My only concern is that even though the seller took care to handle the package carefully, there were a few small dents on my product when it arrived. It wasn't too bad; just a couple of them, not all of the items. I think next time I place an order, I'll choose cigarettes that come in a can or a tin to avoid this issue.

To be honest I had my doubts, but it’s now the second time that I ordered something on HitCigars and im definitely surprised.
